Well done Vivona care
I went in and was made comfortable. The procedure was explained to me step by step and was carried out the lots of care. The lady that carried out the procedure was very polite. I was shown pictures of my blocked ears and my ear drum after. It was quick and good.

The nurse was very professional
The nurse was very professional, explained the procedure and with the camera, it was fascinating to see the before and after images. Also great to be able to hear again. I have been 4/5 times and can thoroughly recommend Vivian.

Superb experience
From the beginning of the appointment to the end was a fantastic experience, made the entire experience relaxed for me. I came in as I had wax blocked in one of my ears caused from wearing hearing aids and needed urgent appointment, I came across Vivona Earcare online and booked an appointment. Booking an appointment was super easy and attended my appointment to be met by the practitioner in Reception that took me up to the appointment. The lovely guy who did my ear wax removal was supper attentive, really professional, talked through the procedure and even talked about how things get blocked using a ear model so it was a fun learning experience also. I squirmed at the video of looking inside my ears but it was absolutely interesting. You even get photos after! The place was super clean. I highly recommend, I walked away really happy with the experience and will be using this as my new local go to ear wax removal centre in future. Definitely worth the cost.

I was very pleased with my ear wax removal appointment. Everything was explained clearly to me. I liked being able to see inside my ears on the big screen before and after treatment, and was very impressed at receiving the images by email straight away. Thank you I will recommend you to friends.

Earwax suction treatment.
My elderly husband had suction treatment for a build up of earwax. Brilliant treatment. Everything was fully explained before the treatment including all the equipment to be used. A history of his medical treatment was also taken. Very impressed with the service and treatment. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Friendly, Supportive and Caring
After my third visit, I remain as impressed by the friendly, supportive and attentive care that I received as the first time round.
Booking is really easy, they put me at my ease straight away, explained the process perfectly, gave lots of time for questions and always made sure I was comfortable. The suction itself is not normally painful and they will always let you take a break, I always felt cared for.
One of my ears was extremely blocked but it was cleared completely. I have found they always do their best and are dedicated.
If it seems expensive, for the standard of care you get and the time they take, and the importance of being able to hear properly, it is good value (notwithstanding that it is something everyone should have equal access to from the NHS of course- but Vivona provide a valuable service and do it very well).

Very happy with service
I arrived early for my appointment but was seen straightaway at the Croydon clinic by John, who explained everything clearly. Inspection revealed a possible infection in one ear, and email received shortly afterwards with before and after photos of both ears allowed me to book a GP appointment to discuss treatment. I highly recommend Vivona and will book again when I next need ears cleaning.
