Excellent experience
The professional informed me about every single step of the procedure, which is by the way super bearable and not uncomfortable. I felt looked after, informed, and the result is excellent. Everything lasted less than 30 minutes, without rushing. I highly recommend this treatment, hopefully this will also help with my migraines.

Highly recommend …
I went on a recommendation and wasn’t disappoint. Although there was difficulty getting the wax out on first appointment I was told to lubricant the ear for a week and return at no extra charge. Very friendly lady who kept me informed throughout the procedure exactly what she was doing. Highly recommend.

My first visit was a memorable and good experience.
My first visit; I was met by staff member Candice. She was friendly, professional and focused on the treatment. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. My second visit to Vivona. I was greeted by Candice who came to meet me in the reception area. She was very nice, extremely gentle whilst working on my ears & explained everything during the appointment.

incredible experience
The specialist is incredibly patient and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Their gentle approach really puts my kids at ease during their treatment, and I truly appreciate the care they show.

The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding ! I had one ear completely blocked for 5 days. I was able to book an appointment the following day and was amazed how impressed I was. The entire procedure was explained to me. Within minutes my hearing was back to normal. I received an email after with an outline of what was found along with photos. I highly recommend!!

Great experience, would rebook!
Third time back for ear suctioning and great service as usual. Although this time I didn't have blocked ears, I took advantage of the special offer just to get my ears cleaned. Smooth experience all round, reasonable price with the special offer. Will be booking my fourth time!

My 17 year old daughter had extreme blockage in her ear
My 17 year old daughter had extreme blockage in her ear after being prescribed by the GP an ear drop for ear wax that softened the ear wax and fell deeper into the ear causing her to become deaf in that ear.
She was unwell also with tonsillitis and sinusitis which had also contributed to the ear problem.
The lady we saw was child friendly, reassuring and explained the whole procedure alleviating anxiety and stress.
The ear wax was removed and instantly the problem had been solved.
