ALSO SAID INSPECTION BEEN DONE AND TOLD TO VIEW , called 3 days later said inspection and service being done

You were constantly trying to negotiate the price and were requesting a reduction of approximately £2,000. You were fully aware of the vehicle’s condition and agreed that you wished to purchase it sold as seen. After that, you requested a further price reduction, which we politely declined. It appears this is the reason for your negative review.
You also claimed that we used WhatsApp calls to avoid keeping records. In reality, you were the one who repeatedly contacted us via WhatsApp throughout the negotiations. We have nothing to hide and communicate with customers using whichever method they prefer.
Although the vehicle was being purchased sold as seen, we still offered to arrange an AA inspection for your peace of mind. However, this could not realistically be completed within a single day. We explained that the inspection and service were being arranged before the vehicle would be ready, and we would never claim that work had been completed when it had not.
We respect every customer’s right to negotiate or decide not to proceed with a purchase. However, it is unfair to leave a review containing serious allegations simply because we would not reduce the price further. We remain committed to being honest, transparent, and professional with all of our customers.
