This website is absolutely a scam. Ordered 3 dresses for my wife on May 26th. Dresses arrived July 6th. The dresses looked like someone tried to hurry and make the dresses with whatever fabrics they had to look close to what was in the picture on the website. My wife started laughing so much she felt sorry for me. It was so embarrassing. It looked like some middle schoolers were taking a class on fashion and made them. Very horrible quality and took forever to get to me.

I ordered two dresses from Vivich on 16/03/2025. I received only one on 25/04/2025, after more than a month of waiting. The second dress never arrived. After waiting for two months, I contacted Vivich, and they told me it would take even longer. I requested a refund, but as of 26/05/2025, I still haven’t received it.

I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service, long delays, and lack of follow-through. I won’t be ordering from Vivich again, and I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Poor quality. They sent me absolutely bag of garbage. Please don't waste your time and money.

I ordered a outdoor swing from this ad from Facebook. Ordered it on April 4 2023. Now it's may 11 but still nothing . Tried to send a email . But of course it was bogus and yahoo couldn't find it.

These scumbags are fraudsters I ordered a swing for the garden but naada till this day absolutely nothing they gave me a fake tracking number which says nothing for a month then all of a sudden its showing its been delivered when nothing has arrived frickin liberties I feel violated and really annoyed at myself for trusting them as it was a Google page mf's

I have contacted the bank to retrieve my funds as this company is nothing but a fraud stay away these guys are the devil's children

Guess I knew before I ordered it was too good to be true. The offer popped up on my FACEBOOK feed. Janome 6650 MemoryCraft Computerized Quilting & Sewing Machine for $37.98 + free shipping. Duh. Their ph# had a London, England country code & a website vivashic.com (note there was no "s" on vivashic as shows currently) that was mostly clothing & HHG but looked legit. I figured I'll give it a try on 2/2/23. Got order acknowledgement, ship date & tracking# w/support email address & a "visit our website" email. Tracking info showed shipping from China. Figured it'll be 3 months in-transit & marked my calendar accordingly. About a month ago the tracking link was broken & the website domain was kaput - with a "This site can't be reached" error. Subsequent email messages bounced. I've entered a dispute & requested a refund w/my credit card issuer.

We haven’t received what we order, trying to contact them and our emails just come back

He take my money I send several email but they not did respond. This is froud. Tottly.

Received my product in a timely manner. I communicated with the company on a weekly basis to confirm the order was on its way. It gave me a tracking number which I utilized to verify my order was on its way. When I received the product it was an excellent condition it was good quality cotton and the decal was professionally done. I'm not a scam I live in Bellingham Washington and the product again in the company again was valid and provided that product that I ordered

Vivichics.com is scam site, I ordered a swing chair paid off delivery fee on March 25th on the first 2 weeks was showing shipping from hongkong, after 2 weeks shipped to canada, on the third week, showed shipped to me but I never got the swing chair I was ordered, they blocked me can’t contact them, just wanted other people know, they are scams, never order anything from them.

I have ordered my chair over a month ago and still have not received it
When tracking its informing that it has arrived in Great Britain 15days ago and this date changes every time I have a look
I have sent several messages to customer service and I get a response back they will get back to me but no one has contacted yet

Placed an order of outdoor swing on 30th of March 2023, after enquiring after 4-5 they replied the item being in China transit and i kept following and the last destination was Hong Kong. From there no communication as for where the order is?? And the worst thing they have blocked me can't contact them by email and can't trace my item even though i have been given tracking number...it's so upsetting. I hope to get my $$back if they're fare enough.

I am so surprised that there are people who actually received items, wrong sizes or not. I placed an order last week and I should have read the reviews first. I already cancelled my credit card just in case. I ordered a deck swing, a lamp and a winter jacket. I actually see that my shipping status has changed so maybe something will get delivered but based on the reviews here, I expect the items to be nothing like what I ordered.

I cant seem to get ahold of anyone to find out about my order. If someone is there please let me know something..

I'm just like all the other 1 star reviews, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order for 4 tops the beginning of November 2022 and 2 of them were meant for Christmas. I wrote to Vivchic several times and was told sorry for the delay, we will ship your order out today, which was a lie. Never received the items and asked for a refund. They told me that they shipped my items and gave me a shipping number. I looked it up and only a label was sent and no items were at USPS to be shipped. I finally did a chargeback on my credit card as Vivchic never gave me a refund and after e-mailing Vivchic to tell them about the chargeback they told me just to get the refund from my credit card. I waited over 7 weeks for my items and never received them. After reading the reviews I'm actually glad I didn't receive any because they would probably be awful even though their website shows beautiful clothes. Don't buy from these people

Merry Christmas. Here I sit, waiting for my gifts to be opened-except for the five items I ordered through VivChic on November 12, 2022. I know, I know; I should have read the reviews prior to ordering, but their merchandise looked nice.

I began "chatting" emailing the company on December 1st, inquiring about my order. 1st response, Three of your items are out of stock temporarily. Would you like the other two now? YES, I replied.

One week later, my order still said "Awaiting Shipment." Another round of emails/chats. "We will ship next week." Over a week later, website was changed to reflect that two items had been shipped...from Guangdon, CHINA, not South Carolina, as they advertise. As of 9:35 12/25, tracking indicates that the package IS stateside, but has not been delivered.

Inquired about remaining 3 items. They offered a refund, which seems like a classic bait and switch. Customers are attracted to website by the really beautiful items for sale, but only get the more "mundane" items. I refused refund and demanded my items. VivChic indicated this package would be shipped this coming week...doubtful. Remember the THREE D's with this company: Dishonest, Disreputable and Disastrous. Learn from my MISTAKE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I'd rate them a zero if I could!!!
They sent wrong sizes and the sizing was way off on two of the items. I ask for a return lable to get my money back and they wanted to give me only 40% back. We have when back and forth about this issue. I even sent them a copy of there return policy, which says nothing like this. Now they want me to ship it to China. I refused and call my bank for dispute. Quality was very poor and crazy sizing. Stir clear of these scammers.

I'd ordered my item within a reasonable time frame to have received by it November 12th, THEY HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED IT after 13 days. It would have taken 9 to 15 more days to get to me. I did get a refund.
Just don't.
