I ordered three lipsticks based on a Facebook advertisement. When I received the product it looked cheap and the packaging looks like it came from oversees. The colors I selected are not what I received. The packaging is written in Chinese. Who is VivianRhodes from Jamaica, NY? I believe I have been scammed. This product is an absolute NO. Buyer beware.
Unfortunately a scam. Product bought as Vivian Rhodes product. Delivery was minzshee. Wrong colors, cheap quality, I won’t use it. Ingredients list on Chinese, can’t read it.
The product was made in China, but the brand name and packaging were completely different from what was advertised. The colour code also didn’t match what I ordered. This feels like a total scam—very misleading. DO NOT BUY!

BEWARE SCAM. All these people reviewing this product on TikTok and YouTube must have received some kind of deal to try a product from a company that’s a fraud. After placing the order they send a shipping tracking # and everything but the order gets stuck in there. They really never ship it. No help at all from their customer service email and the phone number does not work. Don’t buy unless you want to lose your money.
I placed an order on this website weeks ago and it has never been delivered.
The tracking never updates and customer service does not respond to emails.
There is no way to cancel the order or request a refund on the website.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this store.
