Lack of accountability and disappointing product quality
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
The sofa delivered does not match the wood color that was clearly selected in the showroom. The difference is visible and significant. In addition, the seat cushions have noticeably deteriorated within a short period of normal use. The firmness and structural support are far below what was presented at the time of purchase.
What concerns me most is not only the product quality, but the lack of accountability. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, there was no timely follow-up and no clear resolution for an extended period.
Because of the uncertainty and delay, I had to purchase a coffee table elsewhere to match the delivered sofa. Only later did the company offer to provide a replacement — without giving any confirmed delivery date. This creates further uncertainty rather than a real solution.
A company operating in the Netherlands should provide transparency, responsibility, and reliable after-sales service. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

I bought chairs on 26 january. Delivery was supposed to be 10-17 Feb. As of today, they're still not out of production. Customer service will only say they're sending an 'expedition notice'. Product page still says shipping in 9 days. This is blatantly false information.
Garbage brand. A very expensive scam company.
Bought a bed from them. Absolute garbage. Low quality, soft wood, terrible finishes, super squeaky to the point we need to wear earplugs. It’s actually an insult to garbage because at least garbage doesn’t cost €1500!
Do not buy from this brand.
I visited Vivense showroom in Turkey to…
I visited Vivense showroom in Turkey to buy carpet. Salesperson sais it was in stock and happily took payment from my card. A day later they emailed me to inform it is out of stock with no apologies and asked for IBAN details to refund. I provided same day. They confirmed that payment will be made. I received no refund for 2 weeks. I then tried to call the published number which rings once and disconnects. I also tried whatsup message using same number. I also emailed the showroom. Showroom saidonly a portion of my payment was refunded in error. Remainder will be refunded. But nothing was refunded after 3 weeks. I asked or payment invoice to check if actual payment is paid and correct IBAN is used. But Vivense never provided. The they said their refund was rejected but never informed me of this for 3 weeks. I raised a case with ombudsman. Vivensa asked for IBAN again. I provided my partner's IBAN as alternative. Refund was recieved the following day. I strongly recommend you stay away from Vivense unless you want to suffer financially and stress and health due dealing with people who have minimal care and hide behind emails and online forms.
Awful customer support
Awful customer support. I bought 4 chairs, and after less than a year one chair completely broke. First they told me this doesn't go under warranty, even though according to the warranty policy of chairs, it clearly does. Finally after reaching another person at customer service, it seemed obvoius to her that they should repair it. After waiting a really long time, I finally got the chair back repaired. However just a few days later it broke again, in another place = clearly very poor quality. I tried to put in another complaint, but even though there is 2 years warranty they refuse to help we. They say I have to pay for repair, which is almost as much as the price of the chair.
So what I learned from this company is that you can't expect any help from customer support, nor is the warranty good for anything.
Just a side note, when I first bought the chairs, one of them had a scratch. I said I wanted it exchanged, but they just gave me a voucher, which wasn't valid for anything that I wanted to purchase. When I complained about it the customer service representative told me (because of the recent eartquake) there a worse things in life than a scratch in a chair. I mean I do not need a lesson about what is important in life when I'm buying a chair. Natural disasters are horrible, but they have nothing to do with a company selling poor quality furniture.

It has been over 3 months and I still not save my refund from this company. The wardrobe was picked up since the 30th of October. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam!

We agreed the the furniture will be delivered when I come back after 2 months.
Then the nightmare began…
I got several phone calls from my house in Turkey that someone wants to deliver me something. It happened 2,5 weeks before time we agreed. I thought it was a mistake because I didnt order anything else than furniture. As I wasnt there, I was at home thousands of miles away, they left with my stuff.
So I asked from Vivense can I still get my stuff at the arranged time and the answer was NO. I had to pay additionaly for EXTRA delivery and day of felivery we agreed is very busy so I have to wait 1-2 weeks longer.
I couldnt trust them anymore because I stayed in Turkey only for couple of weeks and couldnt be sure I will get my order in time.
So I wanted to cancel the order. It happened 23.10 and I still havent got all my money back.
They have accused me of missing several things even though I wasnt even there.
Never spologized for inconvenience and sleepless nights they caused.
I have written ~100 emails to them to get my money back.
Now they are looking for wall clock which disappeared so they cant return my money

Sofa returned but still no refund after 8 weeks
Returned the sofa as requested in the same conditioned and promised the refund will be processed in 7 working days. It's been two months and still no refund. Emailed to a non-existing customer support. No number to call for support and all emails have not been replied. Avoid buying from this shop operating as a scam. Goods are not high quality and service is even worse.

Had a delivery of a table today and Soner and Yakup were excellent- they delivered a new table and took for return a table that was too big. They were very professional and kept us updated regarding our delivery-

Ordered over 100.000tl of things, delivery has been a nightmare. They came to install the bed today, guess what, missing parts, so they could not install the bed. I am sitting with beds no mattress or mattress and no bed frames. This is a true nightmare, Going into a month now and still sleeping on the floor as well as my daughters have either a bed frame and no mattress. I have spoken to them countless times and all I get is so sorry. NEVER AGAİN.
Ordered the Pablo TV unit in grey
Ordered the Pablo TV unit in grey. Very poor quality and it had missing parts and it was damaged. Was told to destroy it and a full refund would be credited to my account within 2 -14 days. 24 days later I’m still waiting. Have chased but keep being told that finance are dealing with it. Would never deal with them again. Just want my money

Rogue trader
Rogue trader, stay well clear. Bought a wardrobe (over £400). Parts supplied are defective (wrong length, missing holes) so I cannot complete the build. They have refused to give me a refund. Taking steps to report them.

Do not buy from this company. I bought two armchairs for my loungeroom, they turned up with no screw holes to assemble so we are having to drill into out own furniture including the fabric to put the side screw holes in. It’s impossible, we have already broken one drill bit trying to do it and it’s been over two hours. I wish I never bought off this company. It’s over £1k worth of seating. I will be contacting them on Monday as I want my money back. Outrageous!
Terrible product
Terrible product. I waited 2 months for a bed frame and not only did it arrive with major damage but also many of the parts did not fit together, and there were missing holes for screws to go into. Not what I would expect from a product that was not cheap and had significant manufacturing time. Would recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered a sofa via website. Delivery time arrived however the sofa is still under construction. I tried to call customer service many times however I did not receive satisfsying answers, only classic but poor wait and see responses. In this case, the sofa will not be delivered under pre-scheduled timescale. Avoid if possible.
