The app itself is great. Coupled with the glucose monitor it is excellent. Just note that it is a subscription model that you have to opt out of, if you don't, it will deduct money from your account.... See more

Great way to help monitor and manage DMT2 - easy to use, enter diet and activities and see instant effects on BSL. Receiving the reqular educational emails from the Vively Team has been very helpful in managing my diabetes. Very helpful being able to access Dietitian's directly also.

Great product, really helped me get my blood sugars under control and install correct eating habits moving forward. Strongly suggest.

They automatically renew my ‘coaching’ subscription and didn’t even notify me. $149 deducted from my account and for what? A service I haven’t even used for 3 months. Hell, I don’t even have the app installed. Terrible customer service and refund policy. No reminders nothing. Very disappointed. I would rethink before using this service.

Non responsive customer service. Disjointed plans designed to take your money. Was sent out sensor which was faulty. With no phone number or instructions/guide on how to troubleshoot. Managed to contact abbott directly who had no idea about the non diabetic pathway for their CGMs but would replace the sensor for me. Filled out dietician forms initially and got sent messages asking to talk with me. This was even before I received the faulty sensor which made no sense. The whole concept is great for those wanting to ‘biohack’ and work on their natural energy fluctuations. However this company appears to be poorly operated

I'm in the UK. The sensor is taking way too long to arrive and they are not answering my messages asking about it. Apparently they are away until Sunday (asked them on Friday at 8:00). Paying for the app with no sensor makes no sense, so I don't recommend this app at all. Most of the articles are for Aus, os not very helpful. I don't recommend paying for this app.

The Vively app connects you to support and knowledge for anyone curious about their metabolic health. The tools to help you log your personal data through the day are easy to use and help you understand the bigger picture of your own body’s glucose response. I have learnt a lot!

EDIT: please be aware that if you sign up for the yearly program, you will AUTOMATICALLY be signed up for the nutrition coaching program and be charged $149 after the 2 week trial period. you will not receive an email or an invoice mentioning this trial period, and you will not be made aware of the end date of the trial period unless you check the subscription tab in the app, or in my case, until you get an email informing you $149 has already been charged to your credit card.
After complaining about this, I have received a refund. However, I believe this to be highly unethical and hold Vively in a much lower regard.
Also, I was credited $50 for writing a review.

Using the Vively app is so easy and intuitive. The blood glucose chart is colour coded and easy to understand. I like that they show a section of the chart when a meal is selected so you can see the specific blood glucose rise for 120 mins after the meal is logged, which makes it easy to understand how each meal affects your blood glucose levels. I also like that they highlight the highs and lows of the chart per time period. There are also linked articles which pop up explaining why your blood glucose could have spiked or gone down. It’s super easy to log each meal, you can use the AI assistant and take a photo or log each item individually. I would like to see a greater number of foods available on the log like braised chicken, roasted carrots, purple sweet potato, purple cabbage, soft boiled eggs and hard boiled eggs and so on. Otherwise, I feel logging more meals gives me a better understanding of how food affects my blood glucose and I can then make better food choices in the future.

I recently signed up with Vively and have been so impressed with their support. I joined a very informative webinar which is offered to members, had immediate contact from their dietician with really helpful tips and most impressively had wonderful support when I trouble with my CGM after just two days. Their customer support was comprehensive and very helpful. I look forward to my continuing involvement and really getting into the app and program once my replacement sensor arrives. I'm feeling really positive about the changes I can make with the teams support to give me the best possible chance of not developing type 2 diabetes. Thanks you Julie

I’ve been suffering Hypoglycemic symptoms for many years which has baffled doctors. The ability to see in real time what is happening with my blood sugars has been a game changer. The app has so many features to help you with life choices and really makes you conscious of making the right ones. Think it’s great.

Great product, but if you get a faulty sensor you have to get a Dr's referral so they replace it. Makes for a very expensive sensor through no fault of your own!

It’s an easy to use product and support provided is very helpful. I am using it to monitor blood sugar as part of a keto diet to complement cancer treatment rather than for diabeties management. It would be helpful if the replacements came with a new cover patch. Other that, it’s been a very useful device

Vively has been super insightful for me. I purchased a 12 month membership in November last year. Previous to the my GP and I wanted to do an investigation like this based on recent evidence about my health conditions. I have had a diagnosis of CFS for the last 15 years, and a recent diagnosis of HSD and POTS in the last year. So far I have noticed that by keeping my BGL in a tighter than normal range I have noticed a lessening of some of my symptoms. It was also good to notice that the electrolyte supplements that I now take for POTS do not spike my BGL.

Excellent app allows accurate recording of food and how your glucose level responds to it.
Perfect companion to your CGM. Also pairs with various wearables to see how excise, sleep etc affects your sugar level.
Great biohacking tool.

It was great to be able to use CGMs to monitor my blood glucose levels in real time as I have experienced blood glucose issues for most of my life and did not know why. I experience hypoglycaemic episodes though I am not diabetic. It helped confirm that my body does not do well with high carbohydrate foods such as bread, pasta, rice, some fruits and sugars. That knowledge has allowed me to tailor a diet that keep my blood sugars more stable and help me feel much better.

It's a good app that is continuing to add new features. I'm looking forward to better integration with chronometer and Whoop.
