There are a lot of issues when working with them as a business client. The last drop that pushed me to write a review is that I can't get my account closed for the past month+. Not only that but they refuse to give an estimate or any way to communicate with the relevant department. So no idea how long it is going to take, just a black box for the customer. Zero trust for them.

The fees are pretty competitive, very fast onboarding, tap on any device is a huge advantage and the cashback system is really lowering the final cost. Highly reccomend

SO many small letters. They charge anything they wish with an email notification that noone ever receives. DON'T USE THEM. Go to an actual bank...
Update: Following Viva bank's response i did contact you several times to solve this issue and finally i had to contact the Bank of Greece and the defendant of buyers to solve this.

They are like ciminals, the block your money and do not answer on any way. they say 90 days hold but im allready waiting 120+ days and still no money or any update, i send several emails over the last months but not one email or phone call back. PLEASE PEOPLE THINK TWICE WITH THIS GROUP!!!

I’m trying to open a business account for a sole proprietorship I recently set up. The Vivabot doesn’t respond properly to user input — selecting "None of the above" doesn’t work, and it keeps repeating the same answer. When asked to describe the business activity, it gives irrelevant suggestions and doesn’t accept free text input effectively.
I had to choose an incorrect option just to proceed. After forcing my way through with a wrong selection just to continue, I hit another wall. My email was recognized from an old account I created while abroad ONLY for buying tickets, which is linked to an inactive phone number. I can't receive the verification code, and there’s no option to change the number.
The phone support, although polite and willing to help, is ultimately powerless to resolve any issue. The process is slow, extremely bureaucratic, frustrating, and lacks real-time support — only an email option is available. Very poor user experience overall. I expected something far more efficient in 2025.

I am trying to deactivate my account 4 months now and it looks impossible. They don't respond to my e-mail, the chat kicks me off after 1 hour waiting and I have to wait on the phone foe hours.
