Bought one for my husband for Christmas to try, he made the belt to the length he needed easily without having extra belt to hide. We both are losing weight so woth his old belt he had to keep adding holes. This is no longer a problem and ge loves his belt. So I ordered him 3 more (on sale) and the hanger for them. I also got myself some. They just came so I have not yet used mine but the belt I was using had a long tail that was annoying. The quality of the belts were good as well. Money well spent.

Quality product that works perfectly

Vitello belts are perfect. I had tried a similar design from another company a year ago, but the metal buckle part is bulky, and has a very awkward release. The Vitello belts use very nice leather, and the buckle is low in profile, and very simple to operate, both for tightening and release. I highly recommend them!

So far so good. Order took almost 2 weeks to receive. It would have been nice not to be lied to, as to where the belt is coming from. I was looking for a Canadian made belt. Your ads shouted Canadian everywhere, but tracking the order from overseas....I'm not happy. Belt may be well-made, won't know for a while.

Great product, convenient adjustment system. Was able to trim off 8” so the belts were the right length.

The shipping time was longer than anticipated due to the belts coming from
China. Do not confuse Canadian owned with made in Canada. I had a conversation with the customer help email to clarify as I assumed the belts would be made on home soil. Very helpful and answered in a timely and mannerly fashion.

I saw an ad for men's belts. A Buy 2, One Free deal.

I ordered 2 brown and a black. Belts are $59 each. Not cheap. Ad stressed a Canadian company.
Later I noticed I paid in US dollars. 30% higher cost.

They sent a confirmation, saying 2 brown belts. Somehow, after clicking on 2 brown, 1 black, the order became 2 brown.
I emailed and pointed out it was supposed to be 3 belts. I wanted a black one , too. Over the next two weeks there were emails from them asking for pictures of the packaging and the belts. They acknowledged they only sent 2 belts, but said because I had not ordered the free belt, they would not honour the deal.

It appears keeping that belt is more valuable to them than honouring a deal and keeping a customer.
The belts came wrapped in what I would call Chinese packaging, similar to Ali Express. I checked Aliexpress and found similar belts for about $15 CDN.

This is by far the best belt I have ever had. I first saw it on Facebook. As a guy with a gut, I have hated wearing belts because of the soreness from rubbing. I took a chance, and I am glad I did. Super comfy, strong latching mechanism and ease of use makes me a customer for life.

I unfortunately had to at least choose 1 star. If I could choose no stars then that would be more appropriate of my experience with Vittelo. I am extremely disappointed, not necessarily with the belt but rather this company's customer service and misrepresentation. While they claim to be "committed to ensuring the best experience", their customer support is not reflective of this statement. I ordered a belt for my son for an upcoming wedding. The colour of brown did not match the brown of his shoes and did not go well with his suit. I thoroughly reviewed Vittelo's website and return/refund policy prior to ordering to ensure a full refund including return shipping costs would be covered in case the belt was not suitable. I followed the steps according to their refund policy and contacted them by email to start the refund request. The refund policy on their website indicates "If your return is accepted, we'll send you a refund for your shipping charges, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package." Margaret, a Vittelo Customer Support Representative has since advised "the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer". This is not what their policy states on their website. The belt is unused and still in it's original packaging. I simply pulled down the plastic sleeve a few inches to compare the colour with the shoes and suit. This review is not with respect to the belt itself but rather the company's customer service and misrepresentation on their website. I wish to warn others that while they advertise free return shipping that in fact is not the case. If you are at all concerned about whether this is the right belt, then you should know returning at your own cost can easily exceed what the belt is worth. As I stated to Margaret, for a Canadian trying to buy and support Canadian companies, this experience is beyond disappointing. One would think a company that supposedly backs it's product and customer service would do better and honour what's advertised under their very own website's refund policy.

One week in and I’m loving the belt. I did have to do an internet search on how to operate the buckle when it first arrived because it don’t arrive with instructions and I couldn’t figure it out though. 😁

The belt is study and seems well made. I like how adaptable the sizing is and that I’m not stuck to specific holes.

I ordered the tactical three pack in green, tan, and black. I am very impressed with the product as it seems solidly built and very attractive. My concerns are similar to what others have mentioned. They seem to make a big deal of being a Canadian brand but the delivery was two weeks as it was clearly shipped from China. Also there are some quality control issues. None of my three came in a box, rather they were all wrapped tightly in plastic. Also, all three came in different lengths. When I went to trim them to fit, I had to take six inches off the black, four inches off the tan, and only two inches off the green. While they are all the same length now so there is no problem, it just shows a lack of oversight.
I have only had them for a week so I cannot speak to longevity, but they seem durable and they look great so overall I am happy.

Quick delivery. Easy to adjust belt to required size. Excellent fastening system. The full grain belts are much better than the cheaper version, more supple leather, so it wraps around more easily.
The next test is the test of time.
