The belts are beautiful leather and very well made. Adjustment is easy with the ratcheting buckle and overall length can be changed but releasing the belt from the buckle and cutting with scissors. The buy two get one free was a great deal. Each belt comes rolled up in its own box for storage. Shipping time was a bit longer than expected but with the holidays that can happen. I would advise getting the shipping insurance as we received notifications each time the parcel moved. I appreciated that the seller contacted me by email to see if I was happy with the purchase. Overall, I am very happy with the Vittelo belts and would recommend the seller and would buy from them again!

Buyer beware if porch pirates are a problem for you. Not only did it take weeks for my belt to get delivered, it was quickly stolen from my front door. Vitello has been horrible to help with a resolution. They tell me I should’ve bought shipping protection, and here is where they mislead the customer. Shipping protection is not offered at checkout, nor is it listed anywhere on their website. You have to physically search for shipping protection as if you were looking up a product, and add it to your cart like any other item. They sent me “proof” that the option magically appears in your cart at checkout automatically, and it does not. I have never felt so manipulated by a company before, and they are refusing to send a replacement or give me a refund. It’s not stated anywhere in their policy’s either..so take my advice, don’t waste your time. There’s better, cheaper, and faster ratchet belts out there

Very Disappointed We ordered 3 belts from Vittelo. . They arrived in a reasonable time frame. I ordered one brown and on black . It turns out I used the black one most of the time . After a few weeks the belt pulled out of the buckle. I contacted company and asked to be called back . The reply said they do not phone people. Finally I was told to cut end off belt and clamp it on .this helped for a while and then buckle pulled off again. I was asked to send a video of what happened. I did this and have not heard back from them. I’ve started using brown belt and after a couple of weeks it has started to do exactly the same thing. I’m thinking now I would like to a total refund of the money we spent for these belts Philip Richards

Great belt. Brought it for hubby as a gift and he loves it.

It wasn't clear this belt was coming from China and as such took forever to arrive. Scam company that pretends its Canadian, product is not particularly good quality

Order was apparently sent on the 7th of December, its the 30th today and still not arrived.
They have gone MIA and not responding.
DONT BUY!!!

I ordered 2 belts for my son and they arrived on Christmas Eve so I was happy about that. They are beautiful and he really likes them.

I found this belt on Facebook and ordered 2 - one for myself and one as a gift for a friend. The shipping was agonizingly slow and when I got the belts, I was confused as to why the belt for myself (a small female) was soooo long. An email to the company, which was promptly answered, solved the issue and a video provided instructions on how to cut the belt to size. I followed the instructions and Voila! Problem solved. Both my friend and I love our new belts! So easy to use, great for loosening up after a big Christmas meal! Quality is top notch and belts are very attractive. In time, I'll definitely order a second belt. My advice...be patient with the delivery time. Order well in advance if the belt is going to be a gift. My only complaint (or perhaps advice) is for the website to reflect the belt's length and provide a more obvious link to the shortening video.

Good product but dealing with this company was a nightmare!! Impossible to get answers from the Ai customer service. Not able to deal with real people. I only live an hour from where the company is located but it took 2 weeks to receive it and no delivery updates. Frustrating to deal with

Order was easy to place and arrived in time for Christmas, as gift to my husband. He figured out how they work and wore 1 on Christmas day. Thank you for these clever, easy to fit belts.

Ordered a leather case in November, never received said case, emailed multiple times with zero response. Now in end of December still no update and no refund. Ridiculous company and zero customer service. Most likely just scamming people out of their money

Purchased two belts as Christmas presents, order was processed promptly and despatched within a few days. I received emails with order updates and delivery was within two weeks which was great as I live in Australia. The belts are very nice and well made as advertised and come packed in a little box. Would recommend product and company. Very happy.

My husband opened this morning (Christmas) very impressed!! Only gave 4 stars because the box was really damaged upon arrival

Have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks. Didn’t arrive for Christmas and I had nothing for my husband. Support takes more than 3 days to respond. At this point, don’t care about the quality of the product.

Box arrived nice and quickly, good communication throughout the week, box also in lovely condition and the strong smell of leather as soon as it was opened. Quality looks excellent but haven’t tried yet as it is for a gift.

Ships from China, this is NOT disclosed until after you order. Get ready to wait for a LONG time. The company is basically one of the new ones that claim to be 'Canadian' but really everything is China. Also, the only responses you get are from bots, it's very frustrating. I cannot comment on the product as I haven't received it yet.....still waiting....3 weeks and counting

An awful experience. Made an order on 7th December.
Have logged on many times to try and track where it is, only get a chatbot, no answers, no human reviewed my query and no order has arrived. Stay clear if I were you.

Don't be fooled like I was. This is NOT a Canadian company. Fake phone number listed on the "support page". I should have noticed sooner that the phone number is: 1-234-1234. Business address is an RCMP detachment in Ontario. Items shipped from China. Sent the wrong color for the wallet. Products cheap and flimsy, could get the same thing on Amazon for much cheaper. I feel very duped but lesson learned.

The belts are nice quality and easy to adjust. The only negative was the smell. We are going to leave them outside to hopefully lose the smell. Where they were hanging left the smell on the clothing they were touching. Otherwise I would recommend the belt.
