I ordered a few items and when orders arrived, one item was wrong (not what I've ordered), I asked for a refund for the item that never came. They replied saying I will get refund in few days time, after 2 weeks no refund so I emailed again and was told it has been refunded and should be arrived in another few days. No refund again! I emailed again after another 10 days and they NEVER reply me anymore. Will not use this company anymore!

My order wasn't delivered.
I phoned after 2 weeks and was told by that it would be delivered in 2 days.
I phoned again 10 days later and was told I would be getting a refund which never came.
Fortunately Paypal were eventually able to get my money back.

Terrible service, selling products after the expiration date. Today, August 18, 2022, I received a cream with an expiration date of 07/2021!!! You know it's one year and one month after the warranty!!!

I have ordered some products with next day delivery with DPD (paid extra £8.99) but still not dispatched my order. When I called them, they told me I am new here, I don't know how to do it, and you selected DPD instead of Royal Mail :) Do to trust these people at all and they are not genuine business company.

I have ordered Chawanprash with next day delivery but over a week ago I have not received my order. Do to trust these people at all and they are not genuine business company. I have made a claim through Paypal for refund of my money.

I ordered 180 capsules of Triphala.
I only received 90 capsules.
I emailed 3 times and was totally ignored.
I will seek recompense via paypal.

This was the only place that stocked Organic India Tulsi Green Tea with Ashwagandha at a reasonable price.

I have recently developed a taste for it thanks to some Indian relatives introducing me to it. I searched for reviews online about this company and couldn't find anything about them at all, but I decided to take the risk and order it from Vita Vero, since I wasn't spending too much money. I was a little worried I'd have to go through the hassle of calling my bank and arranging a charge back, however it proved totally unnecessary as the dispatch email included full tracking information and the product arrived absolutely fine.

It's definitely nice to know there was no need to be anxious when ordering from somewhere new and when I next need my tea I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I wanted to leave a review just in case other people find themselves in my situation and are unsure about whether to order as I had no issues at all.
