What Happened to Vitauthority?
I have used Vitauthority for a long time and had been pretty happy with their products but the quality of service and issues with shipping my products has become a BIG ISSUE. My subscription had three items in it, so you would think being a PROFESSIONAL COMPANY that when it came time to ship that if some of the products were out of stock a customer service representative would reach out and let me know and possibly ask for a replacement option or even send an email, but NO, they just ship one item charge shipping and keep it moving. So I cancel my subscription. A week later they send me a BOGO special, so I ordered the Multi Collagen Burn BOGO which came with a free shaker cup and travel packet. It gets delivered today and the invoice says THREE ITEMS, ONE Multi Collagen Burn, the shaker cup and travel pack. So here I go again, emailed them for another messed up order, I did get an email back within 24 hours, offering an apology and requesting a photo of the order I received along with the receipt. I had no problem providing it as it CLEARLY stated 3 items, but I am just tired of having to do this with this company. There is obviously some kind of disconnect going on between ordering and shipping and I just need to know I can trust a company. They did send out the missing item, thus 3 stars instead of 2 and I appreciate the quick response as well. However, the service and quality of the company has seriously went downhill.. I would recommend trying a better managed company who values their customers.
