Massive con - beware of social media ads. Promise £19.99 for 3 months supply and then charge 19.99 and 39.98. Immediately emailed to cancel but nothing back. Will follow up with fraud at the bank once pending cleared. Beware thought safe going through Apple Pay. Not safe

Poor ordering experience
Poor ordering experience, advert is £19.99 but the photo is for 3 packets. When using Apple Pay you are charged £19.99 including delivery and then straight after £39.98 is taken from the same account. Small print shows per packet, but as Apple Pay only confirms £19.99 transaction I didn't expect my order to be £60. Tried to cancel within an hour of ordering, but this was declined, they tried to offer me a discount to keep the items - clearly happens a lot. Very poor way to get people to spend more than they think.
If you were confident in the pricing you'd be transparent when paying and charge 1 x £59.97 and not £19.99 followed by a further transaction. This is not transparent or fair - I am not happy with the offer from your customer service team. 25% discount or refund at my cost for a refund which may take weeks

Misleading advertising
Special offer of £19.99, so I thought! Then another amount of £39.99 went out of my account. I tried to cancel before I’d even received the confirmation. Told it was too late and I could either have a 25% refund or return it at my own expense as it was my fault. Tried to explain that the advertising was misleading, and the claim to Dragons Den was false.
If the price is for just one bottle then why strike through the £59.99 which suggests customers are getting the 3 pack for £19.99. And the number of add ons is scary and the option to decline them is not clear with the font almost diminished making it hard to pick out.
I queried a few times but kept being given the same answer and that they would clarify again the returns process. I didn’t need clarification ! I needed recognition that the advertising is misleading and they would honour my return with a prepaid postage label - they declined.
Based on the number of reviews already with exactly the same issue, I would tell others to avoid this site and their offering.
I did ask for the CEO’s business email address to direct my complaint to them but was told they won’t give out personal information. I told them it was a business email I wanted and this should be readily available - again they declined!

You’re likely to get an unwanted surprise at checkout
Difficult to order exactly the amount you want.
Thought I was ordering 1 bottle @£19.99, turns out it was 3 bottles EACH at £19.99….+ they added on 2 bottles at a special price and assumed I wanted a subscription!!!
Be very wary.
I ordered via an ad on Facebook which mentioned Vitaslimex being endorsed by experts from Dragons’ Den. This isn’t true and therefore I will be returning £84.96 worth of goods …..yes, that was a shock when it showed up at checkout. Unable to back out or cancel order and have been given 2 options, neither acceptable
1. Is to keep the goods and receive a partial 25% refund….hmmm, no thanks!
2. To return the goods, unopened, at my own expense to an address in The Netherlands, which is a much longer process and sounds a bit dodgy, so,….hmmm, not happy with this either.
My advice, steer well clear.

If you see an advert on social media, check out the profile of the people leaving the favourable reviews.
Google….there’s lots of info about Vitaslimex.
The ad I saw on Facebook is no longer visible.
Check out the warnings from Deborah Meaden and Sara Davies from Dragon’s Den.
The BBC programme did not feature Vitaslimex.
They have apparently given repeated warnings that they DO NOT endorse this or any other weight loss tablets.
For this reason I believe Vitaslimex should be refunding all my money and paying the postage costs for the products to be returned as their behaviour was fraudulent.
The fact that the advert claimed the Dragons Den experts ALL wanted to support/invest in Vitaslimex was what convinced me to make an order.
I will be taking this further and reject their response.
They claim the ordering page is clear.
I reject that.
There also wasn’t an opportunity to review my order before paying.
The ordering process is not clear.
As a first time customer, I certainly didn’t want 5 bottles of Vitaslimex supplements and now that I’m aware of the way they do business, I won’t be sampling the products.
Simply, if they had responded favourably to my request to remove the additional items from my order, I would have continued with my order.
But as they said their ordering process works very quickly and orders are ‘sent to fulfilment’ really quickly….i had to accept their response order was on its way.
A friend had a similar experience with aircon units.
It was a complete nightmare and cost them A LOT of money to return the items….to China!!
We’ll see what happens.

Should have checked here first! As with other customers, i ordered a one off bundle for £19.99 then they attempted two further payments of £39.98 each. Fortunately my bank blocked them. I have emailed to cancel the order but I don’t live in much hope of a response as others have not had a reply. Website not clear - avoid!!!!

Too many add ons which I found disappointing as if it is supposed to be that good well surely you don’t need anything else. I will give it a try as nearly at the end of my weight loss journey so everything has slowed down a little, so hopefully this will help me to get the results I wish.

Plus they offer you the app for £0.01 but you can't get it on the App Store you have to download it directly from them, which is a bit suspicious. I won't be downloading it. Looks to risky.
