Voucher inactivated
Received a voucher with my last purchase, and forgot to put it along with my order.
Contacted "customer service" immediately, and were told it wasn't redeemable even though I send them screenshot were it was activated with the same items I already bought. And when I showed them that, they out of a sudden inactivated the code, who didn't have an expiration date. They were being rude and dealt with it in a very immature way.
Bottom line is that their custom service is impolite, and even Amazon will talk to you better way.
