I placed an order for a set of vitamins through Walmart, and to my disappointment, they initially sent the wrong product – only a single small bottle instead of the combo of two that I had requested. They assured me that they would rectify the mistake by sending the correct order. However, it's been an astonishing two months, and I am still without my correct order. I haven't heard for them.
Website didn't accept my credit cards. Then I used my PayPal account. No luck. After that I've tried to place order with their customer service representative. It didn't help.
What's wrong with this business?
My credit cards for online purchase were not going through. Instead, I called to place order, but it still didn't work. They said they would call back, but they did not. Seems like it's not a legitimate business.
Item came with broken safety seal then sent me another one with the same issue I think someone was putting something in it and then kept playing games with me so they could avoid giving me a refund
My order had 3-items and 2items arrived early,but the third item has not shipped yet and it is in stock on there website (vitaminhub.com)it was originally to arrive 9/13. Then 9/20,now9/21? Tracking from 9/7 just says label created USPS is awaiting item from seller that was on 9/7 I am very disappointed as I use this item 5htp as an antidepressant for my son and he's almost out I called the seller and was told to call Wal-Mart it seems no one wants to admit mistakes were made bottom line is its been paid for all that is needed is for them to ship it,and that's all I hate to post a bad reviews but I've been very patient and its going to be 2-weeks late, and for no reason I can understand, so one star is very fair honestly no stars would be more appropriate! But once the issue is resolved I will change my rating when I actually receive my order. The other sellers on walmart.com shipped fast and early but vitaminhub.com has shipped nothing just says delayed but the item is in stock on there website so that makes no sense USPS tracking number says label created USPS awaiting item back on 9/7?
