Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 46 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently reported receiving defective products, including inaccurate blood pressure monitors and TENS devices missing essential charging capabilities or required internal battery connectors. Buyers also expressed deep frustration with customer communications, pointing out that phone calls consistently went unanswered and support emails were completely ignored for weeks. However, some customers also noted positive experiences when receiving prompt refunds, frequently resolving their financial concerns through third-party payment providers like PayPal. A few reviewers additionally mentioned that certain delivered devices arrived very well-packaged or displayed a solid physical build quality upon initial inspection.

The worst customer service ever encountered.

The Vital Track TENS machine was rated the best on the market so I ordered one to treat my sciatica. It arrived the next day, but when I looked at the so-called 'Instruction Manual' I couldn't believe what I was reading...or more accurately just couldn't read because the type was so small and the diagrams so faint as to make it virtually unusable. Like other reviewers, I found it impossible to contact the UK company since every time you ring a recorded message tells you to ring back in 10 minutes 'and your call will be answered.' No, it won't. I then sent an online message requesting a callback which has never happened. It is supposed to have 3 AA batteries included but there were none in the box. Does this company actually exist? If it does, it should be reported to the Trading Standards Authority for a complete lack of respect for its customers. The website says there is a video to explain how to use it, but this seems to be a scam too because it's not on their website.
I have never had such appalling lack of contact and service from any company. It appears to be made in China but the manufacturer seems untraceable. I eventually managed to get it to work and await the results but I'm not confident after this experience. Avoid at all costs.

Not a legitimate business

Did not receive the blood pressure monitor, they did not respond to e-mails, no-one answers the phone, no-one responds to their website chat.

Avoid this "company" at all costs

Missing items & company not responding.

Received the order, the box was missing several items, 2 Electrode leads ( meant I could use it at all) USB C charger & several pads. Emailed, called several times, the recording says call back 10 mins as no staff, this has been third day in row same recorded message. Made contact through website too & no replies at all. Have now started the process through PayPal as getting no where. Avoid this company.

Great Product and Fast Shipment and Delivery

I'm amazed at all the awful reviews. I just ordered the VitalTrack Pro Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. It shipped in one day and received in 3 days. The product is great. It works as described and is more accurate than any blood pressure monitor I've ever owned. All my old ones have under read my pressure so I've been going around thinking my pressure is under control and wondering why it is so high at the doctor's office. The truth is, it is high and Vitaltrack is accurately showing me what it is and that I have an issue. I would buy from them again.

Avoid buying a TENS machine from Vitaltrack…

I bought a TENS machine from Vitaltrack because of a 9.8 rating given online. The operating instructions make no sense. I attempted to access the video through the QR code, there is no video. I sent emails and submitted requests for help through the website but have not had any response. I tried phoning numerous times however the voice message informed me that all their assistants are busy and call back in 10 minutes, which I did about 5 times and got the same message. When trying to operate the machine I got a severe electric shock because I cannot operate it properly. The machine is useless and I cannot get any response from the company. Avoid Vitaltrack at all costs. As far as I am concerned the company is selling a product that is potentially very dangerous and do not provide any aftersales assistance whatsoever. An utter waste of money

Same experience has everyone else has…

Update on Vitaltrack. After putting in the hands of PayPal I was contacted very quickly by Vitaltrack. My money was refunded very quickly. I obviously offered to return the tens machine, they said not to bother and just dispose of the machine.
So thanks to Vitaltrack for the refund. Although left very disappointed.

I can't give zero stars but this is a total scam

I can't give zero stars but this is what this should be. No response from telephone line , no response from emails, say 2 days delivery , after 8 days got email saying was on its way. 9 days later it arrives. Ive tried to email to return, contact form on website doesnt work. I refuse to spend money returning at my own cost to the address given on Trust Pilot if this company cant declare their address themselves . TOTAL SCAM. First time I've been scammed and I'm very annoyed! Used by NHS?? What a lie! If you want to know what the NHS use, go to the NHS supply chain catalogue.

Absolute scam

Fool people into believing it's a legit NHS endorsed business, take money and don't deliver. If you purchased via PayPal, open a case. I have it refunded almost instantly then they sent email stating they ran out of stock, yeah right.

Claims That Don't Stand Up To Scrutiny

This company is an e-commerce set-up. Listed on Companies House web site as 2 people, both with different correspondence addresses in the north (a male & female both having the same surname and born in 1983 & 1984). The recent submitted accounts show the company had money in the bank at the date of filing.

Manufactured in China, presumably, the monitors are bulk shipped to a warehouse in the UK, who send out the customer orders once “Blue Ocean Ecom” (Vitaltrack) receives the customer payment. The warehouse also accepts returns.

This monitor is nothing special. The accuracy compares to that of a cheap eBay “GPZON” monitor costing under £20.00.

The Vitaltrack website is vague and misleading, it states a 10 year guarantee. The (very generic) 1 sheet of instructions are poorly written and very basic and states there is a 2 year guarantee, somewhere else I’ve seen 5 years mentioned. There is no certificate of accuracy included.

A google search finds the “Health and Living” web site that includes an article supposed to be written by a “doctor” who claims that the monitor is the number 1 most accurate and NHS approved. Another version of this site claims (by a different “doctor”) - that the monitor was tested against a hospital machine called a CM250. I searched google and couldn’t find any hospital machine called CM250. The Vitaltrack monitor is supposed to contain a unique chipset and patented "Vtec calibration sensor", but a google search fails to find a single reference in the medical context (the closest match being for a Honda car part). The British Heart Foundation, Which? and the Guardian have not reviewed this device as stated on the Vitaltrack web site. The photos of the male and female using a blood pressure monitor on the Vitaltrack web site: the cuff on the male photo is black and the female cuff is grey. These are not Vitaltrack machines they are using (stock photos?). The machine in the males is being powered by a mains adapter, whereas the females machine has no power socket on the back and the male is using a different sized machine than the female (holding the smaller machine in her hand).

I emailed Vitaltrack demanding a refund on the morning of Friday 28 June and a couple of hours later received a response to return the monitor with full name and order number written on a piece of paper inside.
They said the refund would be made after the returned item was checked, after which it could take up to 10 days to receive the refund.

The warehouse return address is:

Zendbox Ltd
(Blue Ocean Ecom)
Unit U, Paddock Wood
Distribution Centre
Transfesa Road
Paddock Wood, Tonbridge
TN12 6UU

I returned the monitor by tracked courier, the Zendbox warehouse received it on 4 July. I had to chase Vitaltrack by email on 8 July and was asked to provide proof of posting (which I did). I made it clear that if I had not received a full refund by 10 July, then I would involve my bank. Vitaltrack then credited the refund to my account and it cleared on 9 July.

Returning the monitor by tracked courier gives them no excuse to refuse a refund. I also took photos as proof.

Hope this helps.

Scam

Scam. The blood pressure monitor is of inferior quality with one page of instructions. It is inaccurate when measured against a reputable brand which cost £20 less which I subsequently had to buy. The website claims that Which, The British Heart Foundation and The Guardian have given it five star reviews, which is false. None of them have reviewed the item. The link to the site is also a scam. There is no return address. No one picks up the phone - the message is to ring back in 10 minutes and emails are not answered. I feel foolish for falling for such an obvious scam and am trying to claim back through PayPal. I should have checkedTrustPilot!

How many more reviews do Trustpilot need to take this Company down.
It is shameful praying on vulnerable people who were advised by their GP to buy a blood pressure monitor. This website has many fake 5 stars which people believe including myself. They answer the Manchester phone number saying busy call back in 10 minutes but that goes on all day.
The website does not include a Company address but asks for you to return the appliance by email.
Of course they do not answer emails.
It’s shocking that they are still trading I have reported them to my bank for a refund.

Is Vitaltrack a real business..? Maybe not..

I’ve been calling Vitaltrack for hours about getting pre purchase product answers on their blood pressure check product, and nobody answers the phone except a recorded message saying call back in 10 minutes.
I’ve come across bogus companies before who don’t have a physical address, no staff and never answer the phone to provide critical important answers to pre purchase questions..
This company Vitaltrack is looking like one of those companies… I might have saved myself over a hundred bucks with these red flags.
As an update.. a couple of days later, even after sending messages on their website, still no response from Vitaltrack about their lousy pre sales customer service, their lousy not answering the phone routine..
Their product promo looks great but the buck stops at bogus company..
Save your money and a potential nightmare, don’t spend it with Vitaltrack

Shocking

Shocking. Item delivered quickly, no USB cable, far fewer pads than advertised and no video instructions as promised. Clearly a scam. I'm not surprised Trustpilot has taken down their apparently false reviews. With my bank to get my money back! How dare these people pray on folks who order because they're in pain! Disgusting.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Received the tens machine yesterday 19/6/24 after reading what I assumed was a genuine review that put it as best of the bunch. As soon as it arrived I was suspicious as I could not access the promised video instructions. The leaflet was hardly big enough to read and vague. Then on opening it up I found it did not contain as many pads as promised. Then I tried contacting the company by their query tool, but that did not work. Then I tried phoning them and it goes to an automatic answer service. Finally I have e mailed them but don't hold out any hope of a reply. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought the item. I assume they have paid someone to give it rave reviews. I'm disappointed as I think this is the first time I have been scammed online. Avoid this company at all costs.
