Do not use this company…

After placing my order and being told how long the wait would be, I found a legitimate website. The cost was 1/3 the cost of VitalRecords and also 1/3 the estimated wait. I attempted to cancel the order but they wouldn't allow it. Please choose another website.

not what I expected

I am sure they are good at what they do. However, they need to be transparent up front and tell you what documents you need BEFORE charging you the money. In my case, AFTER sending them money, then they ask me to fill out an application that asks for documents I do not have. They did refund my money on request.

Disappointed in this government office

Needed to order a copy of my child's birth certificate as she is being trolled by this very office and is delaying their process of ordering of which they paid an expedited fee to avoid. This is very disappointing. I had higher hopes of a government office. My process of ordering seemed to be easy. However, I should not of had to be put in a position to do this. I expect my copy within the time frame I paid for. Thank you very much
