cervical neck collar failed
We ordered the cervical neck collar, it worked only once then failed.
They do not answer your Emails and the returns policy is gibberish, they say that the returns form is in terms and conditions but it's not,,DO NOT BUY ANYTHING it's a SCAM

Bought their optical glasses....total rip off!Couldn't see a thing through them and rubbish quality. States on website free UK delivery but was charged delivery. Total scam ,sadly I fell for it. Won't bother spending money on posting back ,unlikely to get my money back from reading what other have said. Scam Scam

They not only lie to you
They not only lie to you, they refuse to accept returns. They should be closed down in the UK and not allowed to con us. It is about time these chineses companies are stopped from trading in the UK, UNLESS they abide by our laws. I am disgusted by them and you, Trustpilot, should have a no star rating for this type of company.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I can not express enough that this is a massive SCAM! this company is using my mobile number as their company number. I have informed over 100 people now to ring action fraud and to call the number on the back of your card.!
PLEASE RESEARCH COMPANYS BEFORE BUYING!!! I am a vehicle dismantler (scrap yard) if you want dirty oily hands im your guy but if you want beauty produces im definitely not your guy!

just a SCAM
The 'magic Oil' they sell is a useless dupe of the Besque brand. Looks identical. It is not body oil; the consistency is more like watery and soapy so it feels dry/tightening on the skin. Clearly useless. Impossible to get a reply from the company or to organise a return/refund. A TOTAL SCAM. AVOID

Recently bought the Magic Oil - which I assumed was Besque - the label is ‘almost’ identical but nothing like the real thing. This is like coloured water!! Don’t waste your money!!
The ‘offer’ was a saving if you bought three - Big mistake! I have emailed them but no response - obviously a scam - as the previous reviewer said - AVOID AVOID AVOID this company!! 😡
