Easy enough to use kits and very fast processing times. Finger tests are also definitely good for anyone who's scared of needles like me.

Very quick service. I received the test kit a day after ordering it. Returned the blood sample that same day and had the results the following day. Results were available online through Vitall's website which contained a downloadable pdf for taking to your doctor. The only slight criticism is that the B12 results did not clarify if it was total or active B12 or whether B9 was from serum or red blood cells. It would have been useful to have clarity on this. The customer service was excellent with very good guidance on how to provide a blood sample and the test instructions were very easy to follow.

Really fast results and great communication. (I ask alot of questions!) I got a response every time. No delay in postage or anything. My liver function test results came back within 24 hrs, the peth part took slightly longer which is expected with peth as it takes longer to analyse but even that still came back within a few days. Great price aswell. Thankyou for your help.

I had the Core Lifestyle test, as I wanted to check my lipids and liver function again. I particularly wanted the Gamma GT test, as GPs don’t usually include this in their standard liver function tests. It was very easy to order the test and it was delivered quickly. My first pinprick blood sample couldn’t be analysed but they sent me a replacement kit free of charge. The results were sent to me quickly and were very easy to comprehend, as explanations of what they all meant were included. I’m planning to retest next year when I’ve moved and am living an even healthier lifestyle.

Immensely useful genetic test. Communication was not perfect, I had to email their support a couple of times as the information on the website did not apply to my test but overall a good service and I would recommend this company.

I ordered a Full Blood Count and received my order quickly. Once I'd completed the test and sent it back, I got my results in 2 days. Results were laid out clearly with a PDF version available. All the parameters were explained clearly. Would definitely use this company again.

Waited 7 days, no testing kit arrived. Contact customer service and asked for a replacement. They stated on their website the replacement kit will be sent out using express delivery but it still hasn’t arrived.. had to email their customer service to ask if there’s any tracking info, zero response.

Not pleasant experience with this company, won’t use it again. Don’t waste your time.
