Avoid at all costs /dealing with their customer service is very stressful
Avoid at all costs. I bought a heater and I had to cancel it within an hour because of the very many negative reviews for that product on amazon website.
They cancelled the order but they did not cancel the order on Clear pay and they did not process the refund.
I email them several times and the manager Tracy Veenendaal that appears on linkedin as
Customer Service Manager at Onesys Financial Ltd
emailed me to confirm that the refund had been processed but nothing happened.
I advise her i will open a dispute on clear pay if they do not cancel the active order on Clear pay.
No action again.
The day was approaching to pay the second installment and I asked Clear pay to open the dispute and I also asked to check the trust pilot reviews in order to understand that the company needs to be reviewed and customers need to be protected.
Thankfully Clear pay helped me resolve this and they were forced to cancel the order and I am waiting for the refund now.
