Very poor service – wrong info printed and no refund

They printed the wrong phone number on my board and refused to admit it was their mistake. I had only approved other changes because they said my original design couldn’t be used. Despite explaining that the phone number should never have changed, they wouldn’t take responsibility or offer a refund. Would not recommend.

The staff member who dealt with our order (new roadside signs for a community centre) could not have been more helpful or more considerate. They were absolutely meticulous in their attention to detail and to ensuring that the sign boards were precisely right for our needs. Very knowledgable and very lovely result. We would absolutely recommend them and will go back regularly.

Nimesh at Vital Concept printed a fantastic dye cut design for us. He pulled out all the stops to make sure we had them in time for our launch and went above and beyond. Can thoroughly recommend.

The worst printing and customer service I have ever experienced.

I received a shoddy and unusable print job. When raising the issue, I received rude and patronising customer service (much like this other review) from the manager who refused to help. Avoid.

What started off as a simple matter of unsatisfactory print resulted in patronizing correspondence and vitriolic tone from a very rude staff member that refused to assist my concerns with the print job.


Nothing to satisfy my concerns at all except tell me I'm wrong.

We have been using Vital Concept Ltd for our design and print work and we must say that working with Vital Concept has been the easiest and smoothest running in comparison to many other companies. They listen to their clients demands and pay attention to the needs of the clients. Not only that they provide great guidance to help innovate other companies. Even if there is a service they do not provide they are still willing to help.
