I love Vita Nuova because every time I order I get the best and most consistent quality supplements. Their supplement packaging is sleek, lightweight, and protective to maintain quality. You can visibly see the high quality of the supplements and I genuinely feel safe to take them. I always receive a beautifully handwritten note thanking me for my purchase along with print outs with information about my condition (PCOS) and other helpful information. This company makes the only myo d chiro inositol that I trust (and use) since having moved to Europe in 2021. I would have given 5 stars for my rating but in my most recent order instead of receiving the beautifully positive note I had grown accustomed to receiving in my packages I received a shorter note that seemed to be a bit negative and dissatisfied with me as a customer even though I spent a lot of money. The note welcomed me back and wished me luck with my PCOS journey, but then subtlety complained that I had opted out of receiving the Vita Nuova e-newsletter and warned me that I was not eligible for offers that e-newsletter subscribers were. The vibe was a bit weird because just because someone opts out of emails doesn’t mean they are a bad customer. It just seemed a bit inconsistent behavior. I don’t care about offers in emails because I receive so many emails and the Vita Nuova website has amazing offers often anyway. I think a health supplement company should be more impartial and treat their customers the same whether they subscribe to an email list or not. Most companies nowadays only want people on their email list only when the customer truly wants to be on it to make sure their emails never feel unwanted or spammy. Anyway, just my feedback because I LOVE the Vita Nuova supplements and I will continue to buy from them because of their consistently high quality - I was just surprised by the change in tone in the note I received … but a note doesn’t matter at all, I care more about my supplements and I’m extremely happy with them and grateful for them!

Pleased with the product and surprised with the handwritten message I got with helpful info about future orders, shipping etc.

From the get go they keep you updated on the progress of your package which is great. I received my product today and the little touches of the stars on the box and the personal touch with a thank you note was lovely, not only that they took the time to put information about the product in the box and highlight important parts and as someone who works in the supplement etc field this is so helpful to anyone that might not know much about them. I only took my first two tablets so I can't review how they are yet but even still I'd highly recommend this company and will definitely buy again.

I still have to use all the products I have bought so I cannot directly provide a feedback whether they work or not but the quality seems guaranteed since this is the second purchase I have made.
Once thing for sure I can say: Customer Care is at the top level here!!!

Good fast easy experience

Time Health and Vita Nuova are the best for medicinal mushrooms extracts and also herbal remedies. I tried many different, especially local brands here in Czech Republic. But I did not manage to find quality like Vita Nuova offers.

And then there is Claire - she is just one of the nicest persons I had the chance to communicate with. Emails, orders, ... Even handwritten notes with your order and then collecting feedback. Amazing experience. A person at the right place. Thank you and all in Vita Nuova and Time Health for providing all the health goods!
