I know the founder personally. He’s really supportive and gives a lot back to the Middlesbrough community. He’s helped local entrepreneurs grow and has invested in their startups.

A Very unprofessional disorganised outfit, the worst I've worked for!, There's no communication from top tier management, operations or HR.. Shifts, dates, times etc change without prior notice or agreement and usually over night. Try to discuss the matter and you receive a condescending email from a very disrespectful HR department threatening disciplinary action!,. Not the best 'Company' to work for!..They have the pertentiol of being a decent 'company' but they are too self centred & ignorant!,..

They have placed a noisy generator in the car park across the road. It's a type of container where their staff are supposed to take comfort breaks only. As the noise is ongoing I am assuming that they are spending their whole time in there they should be in the building next door keeping watch instead they are keeping us up all night.
I have called every night and complained as I am unable to get any sleep and have to be up very early to go to work. On Sunday evening they promised a solution, today is Wednesday and they have done nothing.
Would not recommend.

I worked for Vistech for a number of years in numerous roles and positions, in every role I was in, whether this was a basic or senior management role at all times I has incredible support from all aspects of Vistech.
