Lots of good information was provided before I made my purchases, these mattresses are very expensive but this is reflected in the quality of the material used in its construction.
I have previously purchased Tempur and Simba mattresses before but the Vispring mattresses is the best that I have ever purchased. It also has the longest warranty than the others.

Luxurious quality, British handmade mattress, I can honestly say that my husband and I have never slept so well, we both suffer with back problems and the support and comfort that the Richmond firm tension mattress provides is outstanding. The fabrics are all top quality and finished to the highest standard, the only slight drawback is that you have to rotate and turn the mattress twice a month for the first three months and it is extremely heavy, and definitely requires two people.

Knowledgeable sales person, with full range of mattresses to try. Extremely comfortable Vispring mattress.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new medium tension traditional Vi Spring bed, the comfort and build quality is great. The craftmanship of the divans and the fact you don't notice when the person you're sleeping alongside moves around is important to good sleep.

30YEAR WARRANTY JOKE!!!
The Vi Spring mattress I purchased in 2015 was expensive over £2250 and it came with a 30 year guarantee.
The mattress although was once comfortable but is now useless.the edges have collapsed and all over sagging in fact go to near the edge and you could fall out.
From reading other reviews I see the warranty is not as it would appear, just a get out of free jail card.
Because the mattress is soiled and in my case a glass of water and small leak from a hot water bottle the warranty is invalid because customer service told me this is what has caused the mattress to sag and consequently has led to the edges collapsing.
However on vi Springs mattress care plan they obviously expect accidents to occur, because it states stains and spillages should be soaked up with a dry absorbent cloth WHICH I DID!!
My mattress has a protective cover which I purchased at the same time this is also a vi spring product!
Vi Spring no longer appear to be a solid household name profit coming before customer care.

We had the mattress for 5 years and have always had a mattress protector and and always turned the mattress. Unfortunately we noticed a dip on one side of the mattress which quickly and progressively got worse. We contacted furniture village, where we purchased the mattress and they asked us to send in detailed photos of the mattress and the bed base, which we did. This took several weeks for them to reply and my back was starting to really ache due to the mattress. They eventually said they had to send out a specialist to look at the Mattress which we accepted and he clearly said there was a fault in the mattress. Now two months on we have just been told that Vispring won’t honour the guarantee because there is a tiny stain on the edge of the mattress!!! Which is appalling. Furniture village nor Vispring did not at any time inform us of this, even after all the photos and the mattress specialist looking at the mattress. We will never buy a Vispring mattress again or purchase anything from furniture village.

Vispring mattresses are fabulous- well worth the price for comfort and support like no other. All our 5 beds at home are Vispring beds. Make sure you take advice on the appropriate firmness for the weight of the person who will be using the mattress. For example, Vispring recommends that anyone under 11 stone has a soft mattress. In my experience a soft mattress will also be fine for a guest bed for most people because even a soft mattress has lots of support. I have found the quality of advice can vary, so best to speak to Vispring directly-either by phone or visiting a flagship store such as the one in Regent Street, London. I am pleased to say that I had a very smooth and pleasant buying experience there and excellent advice from its Showroom Manager, Andrew Soule.

My wife and I are over the moon with our new Vi Spring bed, the comfort and build quality is second to none.
The craftmanship of the divans and breathability of the mattress is aiding our sleep so much, helping us reach higher deep sleep levels we've never experienced before.

I had spent a long time considering a Vispring bed and eventually purchased a Tiara with firm tension. Yes like all beds it look a couple of days to get used too, but now after early 2 months i am absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Went for the Devonshire with heavenly topper on our bedframe on our bedframe.two months in its just so comfortable .the best tip we had ,zip and link for turning, topper is just fabulous. Mattress pad essential as I'm sure when turning our slats would damage the mattress. Best we have had after trying quite a few , chuffed !

I would like to share my experience regarding our ViSpring Britannica Bed, which we purchased in 2016 from Bettenritter in Karlsruhe. At the time, many promises were made to us in the glossy ViSpring brochure: sustainability, an investment in good sleep, and a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, we are facing significant issues with the bed even 2 Years after purchase.
Every evening, as I lie down, and every morning, when I wake up with back pain, I deeply regret making this purchase. Over the years, I have reached out directly to ViSpring for assistance, but my emails were often ignored. It was only in 2022 that I was finally connected with the German distributor in Nuernberg.
The mattresses are now completely worn out. The top comfort layer has disappeared, the complete Wool layer has vanished and the springs are weak. We can no longer sleep. The customer service experience has been disappointing: The mattress was measured, but the methodology used was questionable. It’s hard to imagine the methods employed to measure a sagging area.
Now, our warranty claim is being denied due to sweat stains on the mattress surface. We are being accused of the mattress was being wet, based solely on photos. When customers are portrayed as liars, any basis for further business relations erodes.
Every possible excuse is being used to avoid honoring the warranty. I am profoundly disappointed and will never purchase another ViSpring product. I feel deceived, as the expensive bed falls far short of the promised value. My only recourse now is to warn other potential buyers about ViSpring on this platform.
Sincerely

SO DISSAPOINTED. Suffered for years with pins & needles and numbness. Tried 4 different mattresses with no luck. Bought a Baronet superb which was very uncomfortable so upgraded to a Shetland soft mattress. Bought the Vispring topper at £700 which was too dense. Sadly I have now bought £6000 of misery from Vispring. Tried the mattresses in store but it just seems that there is less filing in the one I received. Sorry for the negative review Vispring.

Springs all started to move in the area where you tend to sit up in bed after a couple of years. Contacted them and explained the bed supplier had gone out of business. The mattress had testing info and dates marked onto it. They advised me that beds need changing every 8 years ! So why offer a 30 year guarantee ??

Can't fault our experiance at the flagship store.
The showroom manager knew every detail we were interested in, and more. The process was slick and compared to other company who stock the products, this was vastly different.

This is an update of my review below
Following my review Vispring head of customer services contacted me and asked for further information on my mattress. He has maintained contact and has been amazingly responsive. He organised a replacement mattress which was delivered today. He asked why I didn’t contact them directly and I said that I thought they wouldn’t be interested or care. He assured me that vispring is a premium brand and they actually do care about every customer’s experience of their mattresses. I have reserved one point score due to the issues I experienced in relation to the company commissioned by vi spring to carry out repairs but I have been informed that these issues are being followed up with the repair company and hopefully they will be resolved. Regarding vi spring I have found them to be very responsive, proactive, efficient, communicative and keen to restore my confidence in their brand.
I have to start this review by saying that I have been a devotee of Vi spring for many many years and have enjoyed their unbelievably comfortable mattresses both before I got married, with a double mattress we still have in our guest room and bless our guests with its wonderful comfort despite its age, and after getting married some years ago. The sublime superb superking mattress has been incomparable in the level of restorative sleep that it provides.
However, although our older double mattress has never required any repair, our superking mattress has- vi spring themselves say that the tufts will break and they frequently do. I have however, found that Vi Spring are happy to commission an company to come out to replace the tufts. This has been traditionally performed by two professional upholsterers who I have found very skilled and careful with the mattress that I prize very highly and treat with immense care. In recent years the latest company that vi spring commission has been sending two people who clearly are not upholsterers and neither do they claim to be so. They are extremely heavy handed with the mattress, lean on it and seem not to know much about the job at hand. The first time they were sent, they even asked my husband which tufts were broken (this is completely obvious as the tufts pop up when broken). We even tolerated this apparent cost cutting exercise on the part of the commissioned repair company, with patience. However, after the last visit we began to experience bites and it soon became apparent that we had contracted bed bugs. We literally couldn't believe it. We cover our mattress with two thick quilted cotton mattress covers and protect the bottom of it with a thick mattress pad. Vispring advise on their website against fully encasing the mattress as the mattress condensation would rot a fully enclosed mattress. The only time our mattress is exposed is when the tufts are being repaired. We called in a reputable pest control company and they confirmed that there were bed bugs under the tufts. They seem to have crawled into the mattress via the tuft holes - as the tufts on vi spring are not just for show- they are threaded through holes in the cover and through the mattress. Obviously, we have no way of proving that there is a link between the visit of the tuft repairers and bed bugs but the timing coincided with their interaction with the mattress. In essence, we had lost our mattress at that point. We have spent huge amounts of money trying to save the mattress through chemical treatments which we know have trashed it in the process. However, the pest control professional has now pronounced the mattress cannot be saved as it is so thick and absorbent that it just absorbs the chemicals and the bed bugs are unreachable. They have been reduced in number but not eradicated.
Tomorrow the mattress is being collected by the council bulky waste disposal collector and will be dumped well before the end of its natural life. We cant even recycle it in this state. We are unable to afford a new mattress and will also have to dispose of the bed - a beautiful iron bed which has also been so loved.
Although I would buy another vi spring superking mattress in a heart beat, we cannot afford a new vi spring mattress or a new iron bed and will have to move into the double bed in the guest room.
Whether the infestation is related to the tuft repairs or not, and it is of course, impossible to definitively link the two, I thought it is important that people thinking of purchasing a vi spring mattress are aware of the accompanying ownership downsides, as well as the unrivalled sleep experience they afford.

I have purchased 7 Vi-spring mattresses, over the last 25+ years. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of the first purchase, so following refurbishment/extension of our home, we purchased more for the guest (family that visit) bedrooms. Everyone comments on the comfort of them. I'm delighted with the new one, for us, after sleeping well for 25+ years, I highly recommend Vi-Spring.

Great assistance by Mr. Edward Pritchard with a very precise, detailed and accurate information and assistance in identifying the most suitable product for my purpose among the various options available. Timely follow-up of the order. He did his best to meet my need to have the product delivered quickly.

Had an issue with a Vi Spring Headboard not fitting to a Vi Spring divan base correctly due to the Divan Base having a UK fitting and the Headboard having a Euro fitting. I emailed Vi Spring on Saturday 27 January and by 1.00 pm on the Monday 29 January everything was resolved and the correct parts dispatched to me. 5 * service indeed.
