I got repeated messages from UPS to say…

I got repeated messages from UPS to say the package would be delivered that day. The first one was Wed18th. It was delivered on Monday 23rd.

Poor courier service

Poor courier service, good product and good value company let down by incompetent courier service. Order was 2 weeks late(sitting in courier warehouse). This order was for my daughter, to whom I had recommended to buy off this company. Neither her or I will be dealing with again

Fast and efficient.

I have used vision direct for many years now and they always can be relied on to provide a fast and efficient service. Easy to reorder my lenses and they arrive very quickly.

UPS not delivering

I just want to share that since changing to UPS I've had problems with delivery (I already complained about it).
I never got it delivered to my house, no delivery attempts, no phone calls, no emails, no communication at all from them.
I just know that it is on the point collection because I go track the parcel on their website when not delivered.

For that reason I'll stop buying from Vision Direct.
