Ordered something that I needed with more than two weeks notice and paid for fast express shipping to ensure it would be here in time. Spent over £80 on product and £5.95 on express shipping!

Haven’t heard anything from the company about shipping or delivery, tried contacting them and they don’t have any way to contact them besides email and no response. There isn’t even a phone number to contact them! Would be very wary about ordering from this website.

Originally had problems with my order not arriving and not being able to get a response to e-mails or phone calls. After several weeks they made contact and explained that they had taken over the company but had had many technical difficulties with e-mails and phone lines. Their explanation was clearly genuine. They fulfilled the order and compensated me for the delays and frustration.

I have finally received my order after 2 weeks. By then I had requested a refund and was preparing to ask my bank for a chargeback. This company offers zero customer service apart from someone answering the phone. Unfortunately that person can only refer on to the non existent customer service. I could have accepted an explanation eg the product was out of stock, delayed etc, but after several emails (none answered) and at least 6 phone calls, I was left believing the company was not going to deliver. I have never dealt with a company that makes no attempt at all to explain a delay and shall never buy from Vision and Eyes again.

Placed an order for contact lens solution on the 29/11/22.

It is now the 14/12/22 and I’ve not received my order despite messaging them twice and being ignored.

Terrible service.

Following on from my last review, it is now the 23/12/22, I’ve tried emailing and phoning and not one person has come back to me. I have now had to do a claim with my bank to get my money back.

I have just been the victim of terrible customer service and will never order from this company again. The order was not sent same day as promised, the courier DX stated that my order was out for delivery two days ago, but didn't happen, failed to deliver today despite someone being at the delivery address all day, failed to contact the delivery driver, couldn't answer my query using Chat, DX were equally as useless and now I have no contact lens solution. What a joke!

Ordered Sunday, dispatched Monday and arrived on Tuesday.
The 'Standard shipping' price was very competitive and included tracking.
Will use again.

Recently ordered lens solution from V&E as my normal supplier for contacts/solutions didn't have my preferred brand. Excellent service and a lot cheaper - result !

Got what I wanted quickly and it was well packed.
