This means that you were able to purchase the product cheaper than elsewhere because it comes directly from the supplier's warehouse. As a result, the delivery time is 4 to 8 working days. This was indicated when you placed your order. Because the order was not immediately available from the supplier, we sent you an email to inform you of this. Great service!
I had problems with my electrical socks, bought by Visdeal.nl. They asked me to send a video, showing the problem. After reviewing it, they sent a new pair of socks. I did not even have to return the broken socks.
Fantastic service! I can recommend Visdeal.nl wholeheartedly.

I ordered a rod that had a defect and after a month of use it broke. I reported the damage on 4.12 and the matter has not been resolved yet. The employees ignore me. The store is very slow, first they wanted a photo, then to return the rod, after sending it back the rod was in the warehouse for two weeks and nothing was done. It was supposed to be checked by a supposed specialist, after asking for a report and authorizations my warranty was accepted without viewing and the store asked for a link to the rod that I wanted in exchange or if I wanted a refund. I regret not asking for a refund, because since then they have continued to ignore me, they do not reply to emails, there is no contact, and if I had received the money I would have ordered a rod from another store and it would have been home a long time ago! I have been waiting for over a month and still nothing has happened!! Zero respect for the customer. The store is cool, until you have to report a defect! I do not recommend it.

I got sent the wrong package and it has been more than a week struggle to get my package. They only reply too one message a day,some days you get no reply. Phone number never gets answerd. Really bad after sale service!

delivery costs too high
Shop does not provide that much added value in comparison to other shops. Prices are similar, discounts are similar.
I would give a higher ranking, but when you order small thing for 50 eur, you still need to pay 6 eur delivery costs - that is too much.

Thank you again for your order. We are indeed the cheapest in a very large part of our products. Unfortunately, we also have costs that are larger than other retailers. We have to pass these on and that includes shipping costs up to €75. Of course, you are completely free to buy your products elsewhere.
