There are what 3 or 4 companies that are authorized to do this work. Thus, it's nearly a monopoly. And sure it's my fault for not noticing my passport had expired. But $300? That's rough. I bet if you knocked 40% off your fees, you'd get 3 times the volume of business and people would feel like they "saved" big bucks compared to the other companies.

I needed a passport in a immediately. Mine had expired, so it was as if I were making an initial application. I Fed Exed my paperwork on Saturday for Monday morning delivery and had my passport in hand on Tuesday morning. The instructions I received were clear, and I received the instructions in both an email and from a real live person who called to explain everything clearly. I would definitely use and recommend this wonderful service.
