Terribly frustrated by the whole operation. Excruciatingly difficult to comply with their exacting requirements for visa photos. Had to talk to many agents to get help, and only half of them knew what they were doing or cared to help. I’ve obtained my own visas many times and never had this kind of trouble. I wish I had dealt directly with the government this time.
