These reviews on VirVentures are very true

Reading the reviews here is exactly the same situation I have experienced with these thieves and liars. It appears to be their way of ripping off people.
I ordered an item by mistake from them through Amazon and cancelled it immediately after. I waited two days for their cancellation reply. Never got it. As soon as I requested an answer from them, they immediately shipped it anyway and billed me. Now I'm stuck with an item I don't want, minus $127. They want me to pay for the return shipping and charge for a restocking fee. I played message tag with them and Amazon for a week now and got nowhere.
Anyone dealing with this shady company is warned and should avoid them at all cost. Amazon is no better.
This is the world we live in now folks... getting scammed by everyone.

I would give them a negative rating

I would give them a negative rating. If you want to return their product, you should be prepared for a fight. This is a third party seller on Walmart and Walmart is also of little help. It is best to avoid both these companies. It took a long time for me to get some money back from them for an item I returned unopened.

VirVentures sold me an item they didn't have -- scam

VirVentures listed an item for sale on Amazon.com that I wanted to buy, so I did. They ship me the *wrong* item, and then simply write "sorry, we can't honor the order that was placed and that we processed via Amazon.com." They asked me to return the item; I did. I asked them to ship me the item I ordered; they said they don't have it. Very poor business practice. But it gets worse...

They ask me to remove the negative review I posted on Amazon.com (which does nothing more than state the facts); however, they have done nothing to resolve my issue:
- I still don't have the product I ordered
- I was still inconvenienced to bring the incorrectly-shipped product to FedEx to return it to VirVenture
- VirVentures is *still* listing a product on Amazon.com that they cannot fulfill, which is deceitful
- My event is over and I didn't have the product I ordered for that event, so I had to pay a lot more money to rent something

If VirVentures wants me to provide anything more positive than what I write on Amazon.com, they need to give me a reason to do so.

This seller is a scam

This seller is a scam. Amazon has been told to remove them, but they seem to ignore the customers who request the removal.
They sent an item that wasn't even close to what it was said to be (a case that was supposed to fit a specific item - but it doesn't fit)
$275. Difficult return process where I had to pay $48 to ship the item back. Then they only refunded me $220. I've called Amazon 6 times so far over 3 weeks. So frustrating.

Lairs,stealers and cheats!!!!

Lairs,stealers and cheats!!!!
Issued a tracking number that went nowhere. The shipping company said the number was issued but the item was never delivered to them...so they could deliver it.
Then the seller claimed it was delivered to the wrong address...even though they never sent it. Very shady company!!!

Don’t do business with this company

I purchased four sets of four 8” Christmas ornaments from Amazon the total was $232.00. It listed VriVentures as the seller of these items. When the product was delivered in 2 boxes, I discovered the 8” ornaments were too big, so I requested a return label from Amazon. They issued one label. I could not return the 2 boxes with one label so I contacted Amazon for a second label. Was told seller would not issue a second label and I would have to correspond with seller directly. I did. Was told by seller they would issue a refund once they received product. Vri Ventures never issued a second label. I purchased a very large box to put both boxes in and sent it to seller. After multiple emails with Vri Ventures requesting a follow up, they sent an email saying they were refunding me for $43. This is shoddy business practices and a sham. I’ll also be contacting the BBB on this company

Dishonest Business with Fraudulent practices. BEWARE!

I purchased a fish finder from them for $368.20. They said they would give me a full refund as long as I did not open the box. I sent them the item back unopened just as they have sent it to me and I even paid the $38 return shipping. They only refunded me back $277.67 saying there is a restocking fee. This is fraud and this company is dishonest

This company's return policy is unfair

This company's return policy is unfair. I purchased an item from amazon that I believe stated free returns. The item didn't fit I repackaged it in the original packaging and shipped it back the next day. The company charged me $45.14 restocking fee on a $173.63 item. When I questioned the excessive amount they stated that it was shipping costs. I persisted in my claim and they changed the story to claim that the item was received back in unsellable condition. They told me to file a claim with the shipping carrier but it was shipped via their account. I requested pictures of how the item was receive and they never responded to that request. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I ordered an ice fishing kit for $3,500 - I opened it - turned it on - saw it didn’t have the capability I needed and returned it packaged exactly the way I received it. This company only returned $2800 saying it was damaged even though it absolutely was not. They are thieves!

This company is highly suspect

This company is highly suspect. When trying to order Ottomanson kitchen runner rugs that come in 36 designs. All but the one I wanted ranged in price from &10-$18. VirVentures design listed at $2,635. I called Walmart twice to report this, and am waiting for a resolution. There have been reports of nefarious activity with sellers who inflate their prices to astronomical levels. They should not be dealing with reputable companies. Beware!

Shipping took over a month

Shipping took over a month. It turned out to be a garbage product that would have harmed my cat. I wanted to return it but the restocking and shipping fees were prohibitive. I read other reviews on this company that didn't get their refunds so I just decided not to bother with return. Temu is probably a more trustworthy company

Fraudulent/Scammers

I ordered something from Walmart.com and Virventures was the 3rd party seller. It said my package was delivered to another state, I reached out numerous times I was actually on hold one of the many calls for 4 hours Walmart also reach out only to get the same email that someone will get back to message seven times. When I finally got a person after a week of trying to get in touch with them they told me to cancel the order because it was damaged and there was no eta,I explained I could not because it was delivered to another state. I just want my money back. He again told me to cancel the order. I finally Told Walmart after several phone calls with them, that this vendor is fraudulent and untrustworthy. They could also see that the package was delivered to another state. Walmart told me they would refund me . Hopefully I get my money back.

Incompetent scammers

Incompetent scammers, I ordered a radio antenna only part was delivered, I contacted them and they said return it, which I did, now they say they did not get it eventhough it was through the Amazon return method. I returned the part in good faith and now I have nothing for the 120$ they scammed from me
