Have used VZ for 8 years now but have…

Have used VZ for 8 years now but have had enough. Full of hidden fees which are way above market rate, customer service has become non-existant and sadly due to that we will closing the company and re-opening in another freezone.

Poor customer service

Hi,
I am sharing some feedback regarding the recent service experience in 2025. Over the past period, I have noticed a significant decline in the overall service quality. Previously, we received exceptional support from team members such as:
Jerome Silang
Fabiane Martins
Mohammed Shayar
Jan Chavez
Their professionalism and customer service were truly outstanding.
I request that the current service standards be reviewed and improved, as it has become increasingly difficult to work with some individuals. Addressing this will help restore the level of service we greatly appreciated in the past.

The worst service and scam

They took the money but did not provide the service that was paid for, opening a bank account. They did not do anything they promised. As soon as they received the money, they filled out the form and then left us to fend for ourselves, sending us meaningless replies by mail. A total of 2.5 months passed, and the bank account was never opened. Nothing was done on their part. Don't waste your money on their services!!!!!!

Good, qualitative service

Exceptional Service by Sales Director Charles for the last 5 years!

I have set up my company during Covid and I met Charles who understood my business and my challenges and he advised me what to do. So the company set-up was easy and after that Charles job as Sales was done....

VZ has a concept that after Sales is done, you get passed to another department that will help you with visa, taxes, trade license renewal etc. Which makes sense as the Sales department needs to focus on getting new leads and convert them.

But something strange is happening in VZ...these other departments are not so hungry and eager as Charles. So throughout the last 5 years in every step I did; renewal, visa, problems, advise, etc, Charles was involved! It was not his job, he does not get any commission out of it, but he just do it as he wants to help clients.

Without Charles I would already be lost so many times within VZ, but luckily Charles was always there to guide me within VZ and most important find solutions.

For me VZ = Charles and Charles = VZ. I can strongly recommend to set-up your company and become your own boss by calling Charles (everybody at the reception know him - just ask for Charles - he is famous)
