At its lowest tier, VirtuallyThere does what it says it does. It provides an address in London (in my case) and transcribes or scans my physical email when it arrives. Their staff is friendly and all works as promised.

This company is involved in activities that raise concerns. Some individuals from outside the country have been using it as a means to rent virtual office spaces, which has led to issues for people in the UK. I used a business that rented an office space through this company and provided my personal details, trusting that since the company is registered in the UK, it would be a secure choice. Unfortunately, someone with malicious intent obtained my personal information and has since disappeared. I reached out to this company to help identify the person renting the office space, but they declined to assist, citing data protection policies. It is important to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their reliability has been questioned.
