We are a charity, Drumbeat UK, using Virgin to collect much of our monthly sponsor money. The new format for checking the donations is very difficult to to use. The information on Excel is all there but it is very spread out. We need to check it at least once every month but in order to do that for each entry you have to continually scroll back and forth to get the full information needed. The previous format was much easier for us. Also we thought if we printed the information it would make it easier but at the present the printer said there were 46 sheets to print! Is there and easier way to get all the information on the screen without having to continually scroll back and forth?
