I brought two tickets for the league cup final on Sunday arsenal v Man City , nothing sent to email says 5 das before !! Messaged them via email as no phone number 5 times now not a thing back off them , the download button on my account just says coming soon , think I’ve been scammed , website looks great but obviously to good to be true , avoid this company at all costs

Think are a total scam. Bought tickets for the Carbo Cup final that have failed to appear and have received no communication whatsoever in recent days. Major disapointment and has cost me more that just the tickets as purchased train tickets to. Will be seeking money back and reporting to the police and face book. I dont understand how FB can be promoting scammers. I feel sorry for the genuine companies. But cant trust FB anymore.

The same story as everyone else, 4 x Carabao Cup tickets ordered and promised 5 days before, nothing and just the same spam email reply from Kieran! website looks legit, my son told me afterwards that there's no way these tickets are just £100!

Ordered tickets for the cup final and received email saying will get tickets 5-7 days before the game. This passed so contacted them and not heard anything back. Site all looks legit but obviously is a scam.

Do not order from this RODENT website it’s a scam you will not get your tickets I ordered 2 for carabao cup final and never showed and not one person has got back to me about it I’m getting a refund from my bank hopefully this scam site gets shut down

They are scammers. I got tickets for Chelsea - PSG UCL game. They said they delayed the delivery a few times because of the club’s ticketing system and they disappeared on the match day.

Ordered tickets for cup final, emailed to chase tickets and got a bounce back saying out of office.
I disputed the charge with my bank who issued me a refund straight away as the goods didn’t arrive.
Stay clear of this football ticket fraud site.

Claiming to be legit but they aren’t , took a chance on Tyne & wear derby tickets but didn’t get them . Claimed back through my bank luckily . They claim all reviews are bombs from competitors , absolutely bullshit

Ordered tickets for my son & I, for the Arsenal v Man City cup final. It all looked legit with Kieran sending a confirmation email with my seats numbers & that the actual tickets will be there 5-7 days before the game. I've had nothing and no reply, just an automatic message. I've paid for a hotel and have one very upset son. I will be reporting tomorrow as it's clearly a scam.

I think it's a scam. I bought tickets but they haven't been sent and no one is answering emails. Try to stay away from this site for less hassle.

i have been another idiot scammed by this company, paid for the carabo cup final on sunday and no ticket arrived as promised and all emails ignored, will try and get my money back from my credit card company, this company needs reporting to the police.

Another person here that has been scammed. Honestly dont know how these people sleep at night. More shocking is how this Website is still allowed to trade on the Internet.

purchased 2 tickets for the carabao cup final,still waiting on them,dont think i will get them,i have reported them to REPORT FRAUD on 03001232040,i would advise other people to ring that number,its the only way to stop this happening.just an update,there website has been taken down.

I haven't received my tickets for the final Carabao cup and I don't believe I will if you guys see the only good reviews are from india SCAM!! I am dealing with my bank now hopefully getting refund Avoid this scammers
