Very easy to book event. Good communication from George, information every step of the way. Quality of food was excellent at the venue. Seats for the game were brilliant. A most enjoyable evening!

Booking was easy and communication was good. The seats were great and the event was well-managed.

The company were extremely helpful, especially with some of our specific personal needs. The communication style was very good and fairly quick. Their offer was above our expectations, which made our attendance at an event more enjoyable.

- great seating and very convenient to the hospitality suite
- excellent catering in terms of choice and quality (noticeably better than wembley last year)
- plenty of tv screens to watch interviews etc

I booked two VIP tickets as a thank you for a dear friend. From the minute I bought the tickets to the day of the match interactions with George and Jack were first class, prompt and informative. Feedback from my friend on the event itself was also first class great hospitality, free drinks and excellent seats. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Book tickets for Celtic Livingston there was 10 of us it was to see my son on the big screen as he had died in march and this was a tribute to him what a day the hospitality was excellent could not complain about anything vip Matchdays ltd were good the only down side was picking up the tickets but would deal with again

Booked tickets to see a match at the Celtic Park. It is a bit pricey, but I did not find any other way to get tickets, so we gave it a try. In the end it was a very nice experience and we all enjoyed the afternoon at the stadium. Everything was well organized.

The ticket process was seamless and easy. The guest experience at the stadium was great. Well organized with good food and beverage options included in our ticket price.

Great match day experience, preceeded by excellent service from George who was willing and quick to answer any questions that I had. Brilliant seats next to the steps the players walked up to receive the cup at the end. This is the second time I’ve used VIP Matchdays, will definitely use again.

Fantastic Day at Magic Weekend – Great Hospitality at St James’ Park

I attended Magic Weekend 2025 and experienced both standard admission on Saturday and hospitality in the Moncur Suite on Sunday — and I thoroughly enjoyed both!

Venue & Seating
The location at St James’ Park is ideal — right in the city centre with great transport links and accommodation nearby. I was staying in student housing just across the street, so it was only a four-minute walk. The Moncur Suite was easy to access, with excellent seating and great views of the pitch and big screens.

Food & Beverage
The main meal was excellent. A little more variety in condiments would’ve helped the breakfast sausage patty, but overall very satisfying. One small improvement would be ensuring consistency between the published and actual schedule, which created a little confusion on the shorter Sunday.

Entertainment & Atmosphere
The lounge host, player guests, and the appearance by the Stoltman Brothers added a real buzz — although a bit more photo time with them would’ve been appreciated. I also loved the history of St James’ Park displayed in the corridors. Showing some rugby league heritage content would be a great addition.

Staff & Service
The staff were warm, professional, and attentive — as we’ve come to expect from this event. Any questions were handled quickly and cheerfully.

Overall
A fantastic experience all round. The city centre location, atmosphere, food, and service were all spot on. I'd definitely recommend keeping it at this type of venue over a long weekend to make it as accessible as possible for fans. And a final touch: it would be great to publicly share the raffle winners!

Spoke to Jack and then George and they were both excellent to chat with and sooo hepful. George sent out the info a few days before the game and all the instructions were fabulous.. We all had the most amazzing day at the football game and the hospitality suite and seats were greatt... They were both sooo responsive to my questions .. Will definetly use VIP Matchdays again for our next trip.

Recently attended a English professional soccer match, everything went off without a hitch and all my questions were answered quickly staff was very friendly. Tickets arrived in my inbox a week before event and no problems on gameday. Will definitely use VIP matchdays again
