Great customer service, very impressed. Replacement parts for shooting sticks sent rapidly, polite, fast communication throughout. Highly recommended.

I own a Viper Flex Pro since June '23. I hunt in Switzerland and France. I Have been stalking deers (roes' and reds) and boars since then. They are the best 4 sticks available. Their design is efficient and minimalist (nn uneeded ropes or other fancy things like front stock attachment), they are very modulable in height (easy to adapt and SILENT), their carbon sticks are of high quality (no cracks, good fibers, great resin), they are easy to transport, they are really solid, they can be used as a long walking aid, their opening is super efficient, their grounding solid, they are light. Really the best, no question mark. Others are either too complex, have opted for unnecessary options (stabilising cord, front attachment), shaky (i won't name the brand), too heavy/bulky and noisy (many others ;-)). Anybody considering such a purchase can be assured to pick the best.

And then there is the brand service. I broke one leg, entirely my fault. I contacted the team, Claus answered and no question asked sent be a replacement part.

My only regret? Not to own yet a pro to go version. Even more packable (easy to carry on the bag went not used like when you are hunting and need both hands for a quick shot), even better for shooting seating, and.....used as walking poles!!! When i will get them i will also take the sticks in my steeper mountaineous hunting (chamois and mountain deers).
