Bought a key it didnt work
Bought a key it didnt work. Went through troubleshooting and still didnt work. They advised they would submit a refund yet the transaction on my card went from pending to processed. I contacted them again and they stated it was in refund status then later stated they are going to process the refund. The original refund request was 5 days prior. At the end told me not to tell anyone about it....strange. Their customer service is disgusting and really sketchy

Fastest customer support
I purchased a Win11 key and it was delivered asap, however as always, Microsoft finds a way to ruin the experience and I couldnt activate my Windows. When I contacted customer support, within minutes we exchanged several emails and they fixed the problem on the spot.
