Bad service on prescriptions will not use Viovet again

I’ve ordered from this company for around 10 years food, beds eye drops etc always excellent.
This week I’ve tried to order prescription meds for my dog total disaster. Week on order not even placed they rejected my prescription 3 times for pathetic excuses.
The vets phone number was on prescription they could have phoned but no.. so now my dog has got a weekend no meds.
Monday I will have to ask for a refund and find another company.
Not good Viovet you’ve lost any further business with me.

** edit** told there is nothing they can do and i just have to accept ive lost the item and my money- SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE** I really wanted to be able to resolve this issue with Viovet but their response has been awful. Had x3 prescriptions with them ( repeat) which I'm now wondering if i should use) - stock was delayed as always and when it arrived one of the meds in the package was missing ( flimsy brown paper bag) i emailed to ask if this was coming in another shipment and got a reply saying they have CCTV and it was packaged. Very defensive response. I have asked if i need to take this up with the delivery carrier then ( as im sure that will be their response anyway) but this company are not great for customer service as well and now im wondering if i use the second half of prescription elsewhere sadly. This was an expensive order for something to be missing.

Do not use the company

My dog was diagnosed with kidney disease and I was recommended to change his food by the vet. Food arrived and the bag was split open. I contacted customer services and they have refused to refund or replace the order. The food could have been contaminated or gone stale. I have lost money as I will not be giving the food to my dog and I will never be ordering from this company again.

if i could give a zero rating i would

if i could give a zero rating i would, over £300 of medication ordered over a week ago as a urgent prescription and its still not been sent their attitude on the phone is just appuling, there is no sence of imporance to the prescription needed and now trying to say that it will be another week to get a refund so i am now struggling to even purchase it from my vet due to the high cost of the product

I ordered some heart medication for my…

I ordered some heart medication for my dog and paid for first class track24. The medication has not arrived so I contacted the company who essentially say it is Royal Mail at fault.
The suggestion was to go to the vet to obtain an emergency supply at FOUR TIMES the online price.
They also said they couldn't despatch the goods again until 9 working days had passed.
There was no manager to speak to as naturally they were in meetings and there wad no suggestion of compensation as to the excess amount I Would have to pay the vet. So my 17 year old dog doesn't have the medication she needs unless I pay an excessive amount at the vet.
All the response I received was "This is our process"
A subsequent email response was also totally inadequate with no attempt to provide a resolution.
Staff should read the company website for company values and the importance of the customer not just quoting terms and conditions Very very poor today.

Shocking service.

Placed order 21/01/24 got a stock update 02/02/24. Almost 2 weeks later. Ended up cancelling order as some of the items I wanted where now out of stock and they had no idea when they would get them back in. I was advised they had moved to a bigger warehouse to deal with more orders. Well that hasn't worked, now the customers are left waiting endlessly for our orders. Unbeknown to me my husband has placed an order with them aswell. He emailed them as the order was now late to be told 'some of the items for the order are on a high shelf and we plan for them to be brought down within the next 1-3 working days'. How's that a valid reason for an order being so late. seriously. Very disappointed.

Violet play fast and loose with your orders. They give you a date for delivery but you need to get in touch with customer services. Who are not worth the blow of a ragmans trumpet. I have near on a £100 wrapped up with them in pet food. Currently on their website is a statement saying they moved warehouses over Christmas to provide a better service but customers know this has happened before December on a number of occasions. I hope it gets its act together quickly but turning your support email off speaks volumes

Late delivery……!

Late delivery……!
When booking online, do not believe the expected date for delivery, the company uses DPD and between DPD and VioVet, they really don’t know when your order will be delivered.

I am always very happy with the service…

I am always very happy with the service I receive from this company. In the most recent instance, I bought 3 packets of Plaque-Off dental treats for cats. Our cat won't let us physically brush her teeth with a brush, so we have to rely on chemical products which remove tartar, to keep her teeth in good condition. She eats dry food (kibble), so her teeth really need to be strong and healthy. These dental treats seem to do the trick. There is also the option of the same formula as a powder, which can be added to meals. I bought 3 packets of the treats at a very competitive price from Viovet, by far the cheapest on the net. The kitty is all set now for a long time to come, as there are dozens of treats in each pack, and we only give her 2 each night before bed. Thanks, Viovet!
