Terrible Customer Experience
I’ve have tried multiple time to reach out by email and website email support and phone and no one has returned my request. It’s been a month now and I reached out one last time to get some concerns answered but no reply. Customer Experience has went downhill. If I can’t get support when it’s offered. I can’t continue to be a returning customer.

Finally something that fits my small ears
I bought them for my daughter and myself for Mother’s Day. We both have never had any type of in ear headphone not either fall out or hurt. These don’t do either. Now my daughter in law wants some too. Thank you so far no complaints. I even received them much quicker than I expected.

So far it’s great
So far it’s great. I bought 2 one for me and one for my mom and she also loves it. Fits great very loud! I don’t even need to put my volume all the way up to block the outside noise. It’s small which is great because you can’t even tell I have headphones in. I definitely recommend. I’ll be buying one for my little brother soon.
