My experience with Viome has been extremely disappointing.
Their service is pathetic when it comes to order management and customer support. Every single order requires constant follow-up, and there are consistent delays at every stage of the process. Nothing moves unless you chase them repeatedly.
What’s even more frustrating is that while their service is slow and unreliable, payment deductions happen instantly and without any delay. That contrast makes the experience even worse.
It feels like the company is heavily focused on marketing and advertisements to attract customers, but fails to deliver when it comes to actual service and customer experience.
Overall, I would not recommend Viome based on my experience.

I am happy with everything so far. The main only challenge I had was that it took over 5 - 6 weeks for my results of the test. And I had to keep calling and emailing for any info on my results. They had to retest my blood that took forever.

I’ve taken four Viome tests now. The custom supplements, biotics, and oral health products have been life-changing for me. I’ve lost weight and maintained it without feeling like I’m on a diet. I have a much better appreciation for how food impacts my body. By being more intentional with my food and supplements, I feel like I still get to eat all the time, but I’m much healthier. I never get tired in the afternoon anymore. My anxiety has improved, which is saying a lot after experiencing a very rough year of grief and loss. Although I still have some work to do, I’m much better off with these products.

Once I was able to speak with a human (AI Chat bots, when used for customer service, and companies that do not list customer service phone numbers on their websites, still suck), my issue was handled seamlessly and immediately. Additionally, I was helped further by being given a one-time discount (far greater than the referral discount of 10% that I was initially going to use) on the product I was purchasing.

Frankly, I was disappointed in the clarity of the test results. I was expecting to see allergy testing, and more clear data. Also, I was auto signed up for a bunch of subscriptions, which I did not authorize. Toothpaste-seriously, this seems scam ish. I am going to try the microbiome stuff, but have lost a lot of faith.

I did not place this order. I had postponed my next delivery to May, then moved to April after a Viome rep emailed me asking if I wanted to cancel my account. I replied twice, but my response was evidently never read. Then this order was placed, not by me. I'll use the biotics, but was ready to cancel my entire account. I'm very dissatisfied with Viome right now.
