Viola Hair Extensions Reviews 

I've ordered from them a couple of times and hair has been nice quality, just abit of a let down with them is the lack of stock they seem to have, which puts me off using them as a regular supplier.

I have used viola for 5 years no issues until now they have changed supplier and selling poor quality goods spent £500 on new hair and didn’t even last a month before the colour changed, got fobbed off by customer service saying it’s not there fault and down to water not using hair care what absolute rubbish considering I do use there hair care and I’ve had there hat for 5 years and not had this issue until now. This is absolutely disgusting especially when people are using hair extensions for health reasons and they are robbing people of there hard earned cash. Avoid at all cost unless you want to waste your money.

I purchased my first set of extensions in Nov 23, and had no issues with them. After a holiday in June they did turn pinky/orange but I understood this could happen and accepted that they would need replacing.
So on my return I ordered new fresh extensions, only 50 as my hair is fine and my qualified hairdresser replaced the old set with the fresh new set. However, I noticed after just a couple of weeks some were pinky/orange again. On my first maintenance appointment my hairdresser counted 17 had changed colour. I was really upset and annoyed as I haven’t exposed this set to anything different to the last set before my holiday. I contacted Viola, and like many of you on here have said, they do anything to get out of fixing the issue. They blame it on a chemical reaction, or hard water basically anything but poor quality hair. Strange that the first set didn’t react with the same exposure. Then told me to purchase their products to correct the colour change. I have skin allergies so didn’t really want to risk this but as they have been so unhelpful I’m either stuck with pink hair or risking my skin. So I have risked my skin and my hairdresser got me one pack of hard water crystals correction, whilst there is some improvement they are still slightly pink. I’m so disappointed with how Viola have dealt with this, if only they had replaced the 17 discoloured extensions they would still have a satisfied customer, but unfortunately I will not be purchasing again.

Shockingly rude customer service. firstly they didn't have what we needed in stock but offered longer length for no extra charge (this was great) then the courier didnt deliver the hair as they said we were closed, all they had to do was ring the bell, clearly marked "please ring the bell" parcel was sent back to viola but they wouldn't send us more hair without either receiving the order back or us making a new order. the length of hair is we need is still out of stock so we asked if they would honor them sending the longer length for no extra cost, it was a flat no and we would need to pay for delivery on top. when we asked to speak with a manager we were told no and the phone was put down. I must say after over 10 years of using this company, i will now be looking for a new hair supplier!

I've had extensions low cost to top tier cost and I used my wavers on it and it went orange , its had them installed for 48 hours and totally discoloured and they won't take accountability.
I would understand if I had used something bad on them but I didn't my hair is stripey orange when supposed to be bleach blonde. They blamed me. £700 down the drain. I've had £300 hair that never discoloured or ruined. Madness

Tried to order shade #30 but didn’t have any stock and after getting the perfect hair match and having a consultation I’ve been waiting over a month now and still but they don’t stock in my hair shade! Going to look elsewhere now it’s just rediculous they don’t even know when it will be back in!

I purchased hair extensions from viola. After being installed the hair was instantly just falling out in clumps, when straightened on a very low heat it smelt like burning and the quality was just dreadful. I am pretty sure this hair is synthetic or a synethic mix. I contacted the company who just asked me to send photos. After seeing the photos they said there was heat damage and blamed me. The funny thing is these extensions were once that hadn’t even been applied to the hair and was brand new out of the packet. They have not allowed me to return, partial refund or replacement. They have just ignored my email and disregarded my issue so I am now going to dispute this with my bank and contact trading standards. AVOID

I’ve been using viola consistently for the past 14 months I have purchased flat tips, nano tips, normal and secret tapes.
Consistently the hair is lasting around 10-12 months including Blonde & mixed using professional products.

Very poor customer service, bought extensions which they say have been delivered but they have not, was told can purchase some more but will have to wait for Royal Mail to be able to get refund on the missing ones not helpful at all will not be using again
