As a seller,i find this platform very useful.It allows me to share items with people who truly Need them,and the selling processo is conveniente and smooth.
Additionally,i can also find items i really live,which are hard ti find in the market elsewhere.

They’re blocking all your post saying your articles are clone of fake. Post sales service is really slow and it ends Up usually loosing money. There are a lot of website even better for selling products.

Customer claims only receives part of the order, while everything was shipped and packed very carefully. Vinted chooses to refund the buyer and leave me at a los. While I sell a lot on vinted and only have perfect reviews from past customers. Seems sellers are not protected at all. Very dissapointed

Platform well made, really easy to approach and intuitive upload of item. The problem lies in the users, maybe it would be better to make random checks on item to assure the descriprion is adequate and the photos are enough explicative of the real condition of the item.

I am extremely disappointed with Vinted support. I have been waiting for my package since April 7, 2026, and as of May 12, 2026, it still has not arrived. Instead of solving the issue, the support team keeps asking me to wait even longer now another 35 days. Their responses are not helpful at all, and most of my messages have been ignored. This experience has been very frustrating and stressful. I hope Vinted takes this issue seriously and improves its customer support and delivery handling.

Sono stata truffata da un utente che ha spedito una busta di semi anziché una scatola di scarpe. Di fronte alle foto della piccola busta con applicata sopra l'etichetta a me destinata che identificava l'acquisto, il team di Vinted support ha solo verificato che non ci fosse stata un'inversione da parte del corriere, per poi saldare al venditore truffatore l'intero importo. Io ora ho pagato 70€ per una busta di semi di fragole. Questa superficialità è inaccettabile all'interno di una piattaforma dove la fiducia tra gli utenti è la colonna portante. così facendo invece incitiamo gli utenti a truffare: vergognoso e inaccettabile.

I was scammed by a user who sent a small packet of seeds instead of a box of shoes. When confronted with photos of the small packet with my label on it identifying the purchase, the Vinted support team only checked that there had been no mix-up by the courier, and then paid the scammer seller the full amount. I have now paid €70 for a packet of strawberry seeds. This carelessness is unacceptable on a platform where trust between users is the cornerstone. By acting this way, instead, we encourage users to commit fraud: shameful and unacceptable.

It will be nice to have a filter for the active items as a seller and have the option to see in box messages for different item

Ho usato Vinted solo per qualche mese ma questa esperienza mi ha già deluso.

I sold a Lululemon sweatshirt which arrived to the buyer with the outer mailing bag torn open at the corner during transit. The buyer's own photos clearly show the bag was ripped from the outside in, with my inner tissue paper wrapping still visible through the tear. The dirt on the sweatshirt got in through that externally caused rip.

Despite this clear photographic evidence of carrier mishandling, Vinted ruled it as "insufficient packaging" and cancelled the transaction, leaving me with no payment and no item returned.

I packaged the item carefully in tissue paper inside a sealed black mailing bag. The tear in the bag is through the material itself, not at any seal or seam, which any reasonable person can see is external damage.

I appealed and asked for a senior review. I was told the decision is final.

Vinted's process offers sellers virtually no protection. One agent can make a final call against clear evidence with no meaningful right of appeal. I feel it's important other sellers know the risk they are taking.

I am still hoping Vinted does the right thing and reverses this decision. I will update this review if they do.
