In general, all package shipping are very expensive. Potential buyers, ask for discounts on the product to offset the shipping cost.

Vinted has generally been good to me, yet these last two orders have hindered completely all of the good experiences. The first time I was disappointed happened in Christmas, when I received a package, yet all the pickup points were closed. I went to pick up my packages in the morning before they closed and the pickup point did not register one of the packages. I later on went back to the store (some hours later) where they had already closed. I then messaged Vinted about this, specially as it was Christmas and shops would not open until the 27th Dec. Vinted did nothing about it, I did not get my money back, the package was re-sent to the seller and he got both my money and the package back. Now, this time it was much worse. I ordered a pair of shoes in great condition. When they arrived the shoe was punctured, I told the seller and she immediately told me to send it back without a problem. It was the second day in the morning I clicked on "I have a problem" button instead of "Everything is ok". The server was in mantainance and it would not let me report the problem. I then messaged vinted independently where a chatbot (hopefully a chatbot) named Nermine did not even look at the screenshots I took proving that I could not report the problem. I messaged back and forth with these absolute chatbot to which she has still not answered (it's been 3 days). Vinted has generally not been able to solve any problems and only answer once the harm has been done. Now, I paid 93eur for a shoe I dont want, this Nermine vinted bot tells me it's my fault and that there is nothing to do. I hope that Vinted updates these problems, now that they are charging more fees, yet becoming more of a globalised fast-fashion website like all the others using bad chatbots and not having accountable employees like Nermine. VINTED FIX THIS!

It's Open widely to some other markets, not only to Spain. Therefore, you have the chance to sell much more.

Shipments and Grant for sellers increase high the final price.

The app is really usefull for selling things that you Dont need right now.

Terrible customer service. Have had two major issues costing me money and no one has ever go back to me. Always automated messages. Have asked for an investigation to be opened on multiple occasions and ignored

I’ve recently started selling for the first time after trying a few different second hand apps and have had the most enjoyment and immediate success with vinted! The app experience and algorithm for exposure has surprised and delighted me. I was shocked to have sold 8 pieces in my first week

Hi! My experience with Vinted hasn't been good. I don't think it's fair to have to waste money packing and labeling items only to have them leave the shipments at collection points. Buyers don't pick up the shipments and get their money back, but sellers who lose money and time are not compensated. If they buy something and don't pick it up at the collection point, they shouldn't get a refund; it's different if the buyers don't like the item… It's unfair to sellers that we lose more than we gain. If buyers don't collect the shipment, sellers should be compensated

It is great to Know that items you do not use can be usable for other people

Process of selling is good although i have two ítems that have not arrived to buyers
But What I found very bad is that you determine that my Guess shoes are false when the are ORIGINAL and in their Guess box. They were bought in Corte Inglés VERY ORIGINAL

After losing significant weight a good way to replace my wardrobe completely

Sold an expensive lamp, packed it following guidelines and sent it. Customer alleged it was broken on arrival, shared a picture of one small broken part, and Vinted said they were right. Customer kept the money and my mom's valuable lamp. For me, no money and no lamp.
