Good experience!!

I am really enjoying using the Vinted platform as a buyer and seller. It is well set up, fair and feels safe. I love the concept of a circular economy for fashion. Well done Vinted - good job!

Everything was easy and reliable

Lots of things go wrong,couldnt make shipping labels,items dont arrive at the buyers,late reaction serviceteam

I recently started using Vinted and I’m loving it. It is very easy to sell and buy, great system and good customer service and a great community. I recommend it 100%

The items offered by Vinted are generally of good quality, the gas is reasonable, and those that sell and sell through Vinted are trusted people.

Vinted promotes fraud and criminal activity. I sold an item on Vinted. The buyer reported that it had not been delivered, even though it had been delivered. The package was marked as delivered. Vinted then refunded the buyer, who subsequently listed the product on another person’s account. Here I am, without any money and without my item.

Vinted claims that I am not entitled to my payment because I did not send them a photo of the package — but how would I be able to do that when it was already with the buyer?

Vinted told me to wait 25 days in case the package would be returned. Now that I have contacted them again, they say I have lost all rights because I did not respond correctly during the complaint process.

How can this happen? How can they support criminal activity like this?

My last experience as a sales person was very bad. I felt unprotected because my shorts were stolen after the package was cut open and now I have neither shorts no money.

Very easy to do business in both directions. The app is easy to use and I have had no problems at all.

They mark as sent a produce that i did not receive, it was an error of the delivery, even having the product back to the sender they never gave me the money back.
