Fantastic experience from start to finish, great communication and the team went out of their way to secure the best delivery option to Ireland. We were slightly nervous about purchasing a sofa we hadn't seen in real life but it looks exactly like the pictures and we're delighted with the quality, would highly recommend

Having recently placed an order with Vintage Sofa I have nothing but high praise for their products and their customer service - both of which have been outstanding. It is a rare jewel to find in this day and age and so it is important to acknowledge and share.
The quality of their goods are superior and luxurious. Their staff are prompt to respond to communication, incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Delivery via Fed Ex perfect too.

I don’t normally leave reviews but feel I need to after such a great experience. Eliza was brilliant from start to finish. She gave us plenty of space to look around without any pressure but was always there when we had questions or wanted some advice. She was really knowledgeable and made choosing a sofa so much easier. The great service did not stop when we left the store either. I started to have second thoughts about the chosen colour; Eliza went above and beyond by sending me videos of different swatches so I could compare at home. She had the patience of a saint! Excellent customer service throughout - I would definitely recommend!

This was the best furniture buying experience we have ever had! Fantastic layouts. George (our host) was brilliant, engaged enough to show he was helpful, knowledgeable and approachable but then left us to meander through the amazing set ups. I have just received a beautiful armchair from The Vintage Sofa Co. It is a stunning piece of furniture, beautiful colour and extremely high quality. I also want to highlight the fantastic customer service from the swatches accompanied by tea and biscuits ! , Ashleigh who phoned and ensured we were put into contact with the delivery team and the delivery team themselves who were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely greeting with coffee and sweet treat, fantastic staff and a particular shout out to Eliza who went above and beyond to make our visits and purchases an enjoyable experience.
The showroom is like nothing we have ever seen before like a wonderland of incredible things.
The drive down the lane is a little narrow and you think you are lost but keep going it is worth it.

Who says travelling 250 miles up North to purchase a sofa is too much!!!!
When I found the sofa of my dreams online - aptly named "Dopamine" in Opulence purple velvet, I didn't let the 5 hour journey from Surrey daunt me. And I'm so glad we did venture because not only did we purchase the sofa but what an experience! The mill is incredible, the staff were wonderful and I could have spent hours (and £££'s) wandering around. I can't wait for delivery and thank you George for being so welcoming.

We were looking for something different in a couch than the high street had and we found The vintage sofa company, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when we said what we were looking for they showed us exactly where to find it.ordering was very easy and the delivery service was first class days later we also bought a rug to match the couch we bought .Our living room looks like we spent twice as much as we did.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered a sofa and when it was received by Vintage Sofa and checked it was not up to their high standards. They contacted me immediately and gave me options of what to do. I chose to wait for another sofa to be made. It was worth the wait as it is beautiful and really comfortable.

Saw a sofa online at the vintage sofa company so decided to drive the 100+ miles to see and try in person. The showroom is a wow! Loads of choice of sofas and accessories. A warm welcome and a guided tour from George led us to the sofa. It was exactly what we had been looking so long for. The sofa is well made, sturdy and the fabric is so luxurious. We were left to take our time over the decision no hassle from George who was available to answer queries- thank you George. We have ordered and excited for delivery. We even ordered an accessory that we we saw and fell in love with. The showroom is amazing with a huge choice of designs fabrics and accessories to browse and choose from, this place is a destination action in its own right. What a great example of a small British company offering good quality, competitive pricing and good old fashioned service.

The fact that Becca went above and beyond with detail. I received prompt swatches in the post with a nice little treat. I got videos sent on wattsap with real attention to detail . I wanted to visit the mill but just didn't have time
So the Mill and the beautiful sofa came to me virtually. Becca answered every question I had . I just can't wait now to get my sofa

Excellent customer service from Georgina attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. Had a great time exploring the amazing building which is full of quirky and unusual furniture and accessories. Well worth the travel time and will certainly be returning.
