This is the beat sunglass company I have ever come across with my RX prescriptions now I can have Fashion designer shades for amazing prices i’m addicted and the Quality is amazing Tom Ford Gucci Louis Vuitton level

Have been buying these shades for such a long time. They have frames for almost every occasion. They are durable and trendy af! Customer service has always been super helpful when I needed new lenses (I’m super clumsy and scratch everything lol) - make sure to check out their headquarters too.. such a sick store.

Best frames in the game.
Been wearing only Vintage frames for a while now. Shipping is fast and the designs are sick. Strongly recommend.

I have been a fan of VF for several years now. I’ve gotten to the point that I will only wear VF eyewear and my collection has surpassed 20 pairs. Their attention to detail and design is second to none and the comments I receive when I wear them is beyond… People see them on me and want them. I’ve always been super impressed with the fact that I will order a pair and they would usually be in my possession within two days max.

My third time ordering glasses. The staff was very helpful, this was my first time ordering my prescription and they made it very easy. Very thankful for the quick shipping. Got my frames intime for my vacation.

VF has some of the dopest shades I’ve seen but more importantly they have excellent customer service. I recently purchased a pair and when they came in, decided I wanted to exchange them for a different color. I called the customer service team and they issued me a credit immediately to purchase a new pair so my new pair would come in before i left for vacation. They then issued a return label to send the original pair back. Excellent customer service — I messaged Corey Shapiro (owner) on IG and told him how great it was and he was very responsive. All around great company with a dope product.

Straight trash. They sell you cheap frames that don’t even hold the lens in properly. Bought a pair two week ago and replaced the lens because the ones that came with them look nothing like the website in person. After struggling to get the lens in and wearing them for a few days they popped out while wearing them. The screw that holds the frame together is glued in with loc-tite and the threads don’t hold whatsoever. The lens don’t align or fit in the frame properly on any of their frames. These people spray paint a little gold on their glasses and call them 18k gold lol. Called and texted several times and some whack automated bot replies with no help. Finally spoke to someone on phone and was promised a call back that day, never got the call. The owner of the company seems like a fugazi wanna be with no clue how to serve customers. I want a pair of glasses that I can actually wear and use as was sold to me. Don’t expect that from this company. They’ll take your money real quick and send you dumb text messages and talk to you like you’re some young dumb ghetto kid thinking they’re selling you “fam”. Clowns, straight up. I’m either getting my money back or my replacement frames and I’m done with this company.

Bought a pair of glasses, they were delivered ok to Australia but within a week they had fallen apart with no unreasonable use. When I emailed them to get a refund or replacement I got this auto reply :

They ignored me after that.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! Despicable ethics.
Complete waste of time and money. I still have the glasses in 2 useless halves as the "screws" that hold them together are glued on, not screws, so they're not repairable. The product is absolute junk and the service is even worse.

I purchased sunglasses and immediately paid them. My address from the invoice and the shipping address were different because the purchase was thought as a gift to a friend. I received an Email about my order was being detected as a potential fraud, so that they needed a few more information about my person. I rejected to send more personal data and provided them to immediately cancel my order. This was about 3-4 weeks ago and they even don't reply to my mails.
I will report a criminal offense to the responsible authorities against this company for not refunding my money back!

So i don't recommend to buy anything there.

Beware when purchasing from the vintage frame company
Bought a 1000 euro frame from this company, after minimum use the frame arm just came off. I emailed the company only to receive the below:

Corey and his team of scammers are a bunch of clowns. They legit hustled me a $100. First they sold me lens they don’t have in stock, and they asked me if I wanted another lens. I didn’t even ask for a refund I said okay I’ll get the 257 lens. I don’t hear back from them. A week later I email them and ask if they sent out my frames, no response but then I get a tracking number the next day saying my order shipped. 1 week later I get the frames and the new lens I paid for aren’t on the frames or in the order. I email them asking for a refund and they ignore me. I call them they ignore me. Then I message Corey saying I’m going to take further action to get my money back and then he responds. When I start asking for a refund he starts to ignore me too. I finally give up and just ask for them to send me new lens. And of course he responds now, it’s been 6-7 weeks since they said they sent out the lens and I have received nothing. Avoid buying from these guys because they will steal from you and leave on read. Bunch of clowns, next time I go to Montreal I’ll definitely pay them a visit and I’ll make sure that fat f*** pays me back. STAY AWAY FROM VINTAGE FRAMES!

I didn't want to give any stars actually, but I placed an order in June 2020, I wasn't expecting a quick turnaround so that wasn't a problem. I went a month without any type of notifications of shipping or any status updates. When first contacted, I was told they were going to be shipping hats the following day, but nothing ever surfaced. Two weeks later I asked for a status update or cancellation since the item never shipped, I was told there was a problem with my order, but offered my a $75 code to use in the online store, I declined the offer because I didn't want to place another order with them until my original order was fulfilled. I was then told that any new order I make would be personally handled by whomever I was emailing(which really means nothing) and that they were contacting the warehouse to get information on my order. Nothing ever came of that either. After another week of nothing I just asked for a refund, and since then I have not heard back. Throughout the whole ordeal I never became belligerent, showed any animosity or anger towards the company, just frustration with the lack of customer care. I am very disappointed with the company and customer service, especially when I see the owner of the company catering to his celebrity customers, but disregards on me because my order doesn't "break the bank".

Extremely poor customer service. "Replies immediately" may take multiple days, with a very poor response, if any at all. They do not even do price match. Decent product, very poor service.

I ordered a pair of cartiers awhile back they ended up not fitting my face so i returned them and got a refund to use with a code cool no problem.About six months down the line when i use the code it looks like everything went thru.I was wrong ive been waiting since february for my glasses.Ive emailed them no reply this is the worst company ive ever tried to do busniess with.Please stay away from this company

I had to contact them a few times and ask them to ship my order. Every time I asked them politely when they will ship it, they gave me attitude. I waited over 2 months for my items to arrive. Quality of their frames turned out to be total garbage.
Avoid this company!!!!!

They have the dopest glasses with a good price, but they also have the worst customer service in the whole world. You order something today and you pay 25$ for the express delivery and then it took them at least a week to ship your order. Last summer I ordered a pair of glasses from them I was supposed to get the glasses after 3 days ,unfortunately I received it after 2 months. They don’t want to give you refund they will always avoid that. They will never reply to your emails , and they will never care about you.

GIVE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

If they screw up your order like they did mine, they'll do nothing to make it right. Lied about sending a refund. Won't send me a shipping label to send it back. They're customer service is PAINFULLY bad. No phone #, chat guy Mike takes forever to respond and they don't respond to emails. I can't urge you enough to buy your frames somewhere else

I've ordered some frames a month ago, the lenses that i ordered where not delivered I've tried to reach them many times with no answers, I just want my money back. This is not how you run a business Corey Shapiro.
