Fantastic products and customer service
I am a loyal and longtime customer with VFA. All their products are the highest quality and authentic. I had some issues with the incorrect item being sent, but the team, especially Ludo, is extremely accommodating. They do the best to rectify and make a situation better. Will continue to buy from them and I suggest you should too! They also have very good sales and often. Highly recommend.

Better packaging

Best Site but also has a bit problem that
been buying from them for more than 200 shirts and all i can say about this site is:
1. their pricing are very good compared to other major classic football shop sites.
2. their customer service is extremely bad. rarely response from any dm or email. But i believe Mateo and Ludo can improve this, although this issue i had with their slow response customer service has been ongoing for more than 4 months
3. never buy from them in bulk, because the risk of getting your order not complete is extremely big. i always ordered with a maximum 5 shirts on each order to avoid mistakes on their end. sometimes you can receive less than what you ordered, or worse a wrong item.
hopefully this feedback can be a turning point for this site, because this site is extremely good and has a very nice collection.
