Don’t waste your time!!
So after receiving a very low offer for my items I asked for my objects to be returned.£105.00 for box full of stuff including an iPhone 10 and iPhone 14, digital cameras, 2 fitbits, 2 kindles plus more.
They have arrived today. Everything was wrapped in an excessive about of bubble wrap, paper and thick brown parcel tape. I sent a ladies and gents Raymond Viel watches. I have looked after the boxes for over 20 years and they were returned to me completely covered in thick brown parcel tape and are ruined! The antenna off and old Ericsson phone has been snapped off and small items like cufflinks all thrown together in a clump of costume jewellery which now in a tangle.

Recently packaged up a box full of ornaments, silver, ivory and Samsung phone and tablet which are both new devices, the box also contained brass items too, despite what the advert said they offered £20! £20! It cost more to package it up. Would not recommend

Their valuation is completely off by a mile! I send it 2 professional cameras 13 steiff bears and some silver and was offered £28! I thought they missed out the 0 on the end but I was wrong. I phone them up and the best they could do was round it up to £30... I am honestly speechless. The only thing good about them was the customer service. If you want a better value for your stuff do research about the items and sell them through ebay or places like that. Even vinted would do better than that.

I rejected their offer for my items as it was way below my expectations. As promised they returned the items but what a jumbled up box they have sent back. I had gone out of my way to package up the items carefully. They have dumped everything into one bag and it will take an age to sort. No idea how you can tell whether they have returned everything. Avoid this company

I sent them 2 camera which cost me hundreds of pounds when new they were in good condition they made me the insulting offer of £1[.0 for the 2 of them I told them I want them back I wonder how many people they are ripping of
