The worst comunication I have ever seen. Ordered 50 US Tees, and I needed a receipt from them because the ones at the border asked me for that. They ghotes me for a month and are yet to reply to me via email. They replied twice on instagram but still havent got a reply on email. I still havent got my money back and they will probably stay there. Terrible customer service departament.
I have never got reply to my emails regarding return/exchange of some clothing pieces. I have bought 40 Hawaiian shirts and 10 of them were either Not Hawaiian or damaged. So I wanted a refund or exchange but no one bothered to get back to me . Poor customer service, disappointing.
I received my parcel last week, and upon inspecting the items, I noticed several defects. The advert stated they were A/B grade with "general wear"; however:
One t-shirt has bleach stains.
The jacket is extremely scrunched up and cannot be ironed, with two holes in the fabric.
The coat has part of the zipper missing.
I contacted on Email/Whatsapp/Instagram regarding this and got no response.
These items are definitely not grade A/B.
Awaiting response/resolution.
All items are supposed to be grade A/B, got a champion coat with a name written on in marker pen?? I messaged them on Instagram regarding this and got no response. I also got a north face hoodie which was all bobbled and had to be thrown away. This item definitely wasn’t grade A/B.

Received my order (#2134) within two days some nice stuff in there which I think will sell. Only downside is I received two of the same tops and one of the jackets have a company logo on however I think it will still sell. Thanks guys
I bought a £100 resellers box order(#1829) on the 3rd of January and now it’s the 15th and it still hasn’t been shipped it said it would take 2-4 days . I’ve emailed them multiple times and they just don’t respond. Do not recommend
I receive my first box 📦 (sweet shirt) and I am half happy. First I forgot to said that the color I like is navy blue so this is my fault. Second The size was "large " but a small large wish is a shame. So will see next month for my second box.
