Did get a prompt refund. I find it interesting that Customer Service answers with, "Hello, would you like to cancel your account?" Clearly, this happens a lot. I find it a dishonest way to do business - will NOT return.

Just wanted to verify my vehicle - I had a Dealer CarFax when I purchased it last year - This report matched the CarFax report and offered information on all manufacturer recalls which was not on the car fax. I verified my vehicle was as advertised by dealer as well as that all recalls had been taken care of.
